We wish we could give a higher grade than A. I called Dynamic Cleaning with a last minute emergency cleaning request on Thursday. Mike and Bill were out by Friday afternoon. In less than an hour our carpets looked like new and the house smelled fresh. Mike was informative, thorough and professional. He went above and beyond the initial scope of the job. Our one carpet was 30 years old, severely soiled and in need of replacement. It will never look new but Mike and Bill were able to renew the carpet to give us a bit more time to find the replacement. We recommend them to anyone who listens and will use them again for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I needed immediate carpet cleaning thanks to my dog having an accident which was more than spot cleaning could take care of. After calling a few places, I went on Angies List and saw this company with an A rating. I called and spoke to a very nice gal who informed me that yes they could come within 2 hours and do the carpet cleaning. Two guys came. One did the actual cleaning and the other was in charge of holding and guiding hoses so as not to scratch any woodwork or furniture. They placed corner protectors and covered there shoes. He added a few extras at no additional charge. The price was amazingly reasonable that I tipped them to have lunch on me. They will be returning to do the carpeting in the rest of the house. Outstanding. With an AL coupon, I only paid $25 for the carpet cleaning. While he was here, I requested an estimate for cleaning my overstuffed microfiber recliner which was quite sold. Both the carpet and the recliner look excellent. I never felt that I was getting sub-standard service because of my great coupon. I didn't know who to hire for carpet cleaning. Dynamic will always be my first choice now. Thank you.

Some of the better experience with hired firms I have had. Definitely, definitely consider them if carpets or other types of floors need cleaning. Not only were they good professionals, they are pleasant people.

Mike did an amazing job on the 5+ rooms of carpet in my new home. The previous owner had left numerous old and new pet stains. He managed to get out all of the stains and most of the order and offered to come back to see what he could do with the remaining odor. He was punctual, professional and his prices were very fair. I would definitely call him again to do work for me and I will share his contact info with my friends and family.

I was very happy with their service. They did my vents this past summer and did a great job. The carpet guy's were just as professional. They were careful moving my furniture and explained what they were doing when I asked questions. We have cats so they used a deodorizer on the carpets after the cleaning and it took care of the animal odor. I'm going to have them come back after this holiday to do deep clean and finish my hardwood floor. I would definitely recommend their services.

Staff was prompt, friendly, and conducted themselves professionally at all times. They kept me informed during the whole process, explaining what they were doing and showing video at my request. The job was planned for 3-4 hours but because of the age of the house and condition of the ducts it took 6 hours. I am very happy that they stayed the extra time to make sure the job was done completely and thoroughly. They could have "made the job fit" their projected time frame and hurried on to the next job, but doing it right took longer. Thank you.

The gentlemen were professional and polite, even taking their shoes off before walking into my home. They were careful around my plants and furniture as well. They also took the time to explain, in detail, what they were doing. I would 100% recommend DCS and will use them in the future!
