The crew went above any expectations I had. Every single person I met from D Allen & Sons was professional and really cared about the project. The siding was put on the house with almost no seams. When the crew installed the doors, they were clean and made sure everything worked the way it should. I would recommend them and I plan on using them again for any future projects.

it went good my only issue was a found a few nails around pool deck and had to clean up inside of garage from roofing material falling into garage, I never said anything though cause I am OCD about cleaning

It went great. There were 5 guys on the job. Arrived very early each day and did not waste time. They were friendly and very nice. They would do anything we asked and answered any questions/concerns we had. They were all smokers yet did not leave any trace of such, cleaning up debris every day before leaving. The Owner and his son came by separately each day unannounced to check on things and to see if we were pleased with the job process. All in all they completed the job in four days.

Great D Allen and sons were quicck to respond, professional and trustworthy. Clearly the best value after recieving 3 estimates. They completed work despite our volatile weather conditions. Licensed, insured and they do what they say they are gonna do! Highest recommendation from me. I felt compelled to offer this review, tho i never had before

Communication was outstanding from the very first phone call. Martin answered all of my emails within 24 hours. They replaced all of the siding and trim on my house and installed stone veneer on a portion of the front. They also installed a new door and shutters. The crew was hard working, professional and very prompt. The quality of work and materials was outstanding. We had one small miscommunication but it was resolved to my satisfaction. We had a small roof leak, which they repaired at no extra charge. The job site was cleaned up nicely every day and the job was completed in the stated time frame. They went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied and I would highly recommend them!

Marty Allen, co-owner, was responsive to my inquiry during the summer about replacing my old siding and after an inspection of the house, he immediately scheduled a presentation which was very professional and effective. Because his team was effectively booked he tentatively scheduled for a project start in October of this year, explaining that it did depend on his ability to finish existing projects. Despite being extremely busy trying to catch up with his preceding projects (due to lots of rainy days), in October, Marty went above and beyond by splitting off one to two fellas to start our project and he also worked alongside his small team to meet my need to complete our siding project this season. His full team did join the project after a few days and the job was completed in a matter of 2-3 additional days with the complete crew. I couldn’t be more pleased - the siding product is a quality product and the color of the siding is just beautiful. I would highly recommend Marty & company.

Looks great! Price was right in range of where we needed it to be and they made sure the end result was exactly what we wanted.

It went very well! Their prices are fine (not the cheapest but not out-of-line with other contractors) but become a real deal when considering the professional quality of the work. We are very happy with the results, and we've received a lot of compliments from people in the neighborhood on how it looks. I must also note that their responsiveness and professionalism deserve a grade higher than an A. They respond to emails, texts, and voicemails. They get back to you and always make sure you know what's going on. That, combined with the high quality of the work, makes me recommend them highly. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to home improvement and contractors, but they exceeded my expectations.

The quote was reasonable, and additional charges were as well. The job was performed quickly, and the crew was polite, professional and clean. Only concern I had was a lack of communication regarding availability of materials, but overall a good contractor I would recommend to others.

Marty fixed the window. Replaced the dry wall and took time to make sure it was dried correctly before sealing the dry wall. I'm confident the problem will no longer be a problem.

DAllen & Sons gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair and sealing of a leaky flat roof. They showed up on time and performed the work in a way that did not cause any interruptions to my business. At the end of the job they had me go up on the roof and examine the finished product showing me exactly what had been done. The roof no longer leaks and I don't expect it to. I would definitely recommend DAllen & Sons.

The job went very well. The crew showed up on time, and worked very hard all day long at Dave's direction. Dave ( the foreman ) was very experienced, and made a number of very good suggestions during the job.

My husband was unexpectedly hospitalized and we called Martin from there. He promptly replaced the siding as well as a few “extra” nice touches. When payment was offered, Martin refused indicating that he was glad to help in light of what we were facing. A true gentleman and kind man who is deserving of our trust and accolades.

Roofing crew arrived when expected, provided all required protection to remove old roofing. Crew was hard working, communicated all details to us as they went, answered any and all of our questions, and kept us informed of exactly what was going on at all stages of the installation. Cleanup was thorough and efficient. We are really pleased with the result.

Great! Martin and Dennis were helpful throughout the whole process. Martin was the only siding contractor to show up with a sample book and pictures. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He always answered my many phone and email questions. Our work started in early April 2018. The crew were dedicated and hardworking--even trying to work in the snow! Even with the unpredictable weather, the job was completed within the estimated time. We would highly recommend DAllen&Sons--and already have to 2 family members.

I left a message. Martin returned my phone call. They took my info. and they said they would call me back with a day and time to come to my house. I never heard from them again.

Originally, I was already decided on employing another company and called D Allen and sons to get another quote. Martin arrived and explained different options for my roofing job. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His explanations and attention to detail exceeded those of the other contractors I had spoken with. I'm old school (much to my wife's admonisment) and after deciding to have D Allen install my metal roof I felt comfortable enough that I could have simply done it with a handshake with Martin or the owner Dennis. During installation Wayland and his crew had to battle excessive heat and rain. They were hard working, courteous, friendly and did quality work. What a wonderful crew! Their attention to detail was evident in their workmanship. They take pride in their work and did a great job. My metal roof looks fantastic. I'm very satisified with the completed project. I highly recommend this company. I plan on putting a metal roof on my garage in a year ot two and plan on having D Allen complete the job. They supply quality work at an affordable price.

Workers were on time, professional, fast, courteous.

The work went very well. This house was built in 1947 and had old faded siding it. Crew showed up early and put in a full days work each time. They tore off the old siding, installed Tyvek and insulation followed by the siding. On the garage they installed a door where a window used to be and replaced another window. Very pleased with the way the the house looks. Would certainly recommend this company to others.

Difficult company to work with, when I had questions about the work the son got nasty over the phone. Left roof debris, I cleaned up so I can walk my dogs.

Communication was great. Process of talking us through options, colors, references, etc. was a refreshing process not achieved with other vendors. The process was good enough even before starting that I referred brother in law who commented similarly. After the work was complete, we're very happy with how everything turned out and are likely to return to them to complete the next round of work.

Overall I was happy with the services they provided. "DAllen" was recommended by a friend of mine. They know all the in's and out's of installing a Steel Roof, re-flashing a chimney, and installing windows and doors. My original idea was to have new shingles installed, but they recomended the steel roofing system and it looks great on my home. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the job site was cleaned up well. I will never have to worry about replacing the roof for another 50 years, also it is energy efficient and low maintenance. My chiney is over 100 years old and the re-flashing has restored it to last longer now. The doors and windows have saved me money on my energy bills and keep my home much warmer. I still have more work that needs done in my home and I will be calling them again.
