I wouldn’t get my tree service done by anyone else! Timberline was extremely responsive, helpful and efficient. I spoke with Chris on the phone about having someone come look at my trees and Benjamin was at my home later that day. Benjamin was honest about what trees needed to come down and the price he gave was competitive and very reasonable. I am very happy with the work the Timberline crew did for me and I will definitely be calling again if I have any need for their services in the future!

I’d rate these guys A++ if the website allowed me. What can I say? They’re best-in-class. The “holy grail” of tree cutting in the Tri State Area. I had several dead American Beech trees in my backyard - pretty concerning! I called Timberline and immediately received fast and reliable service. Their sales rep came to my house (handsome guy, too!) They came to my house same-day and gave us a great quote. I couldn’t write the check any faster. The job was done with precision and efficiency. I really liked Peter, who came to give an estimate and was also in charge of the job on the day they did the tree cutting. He was very polite, and knowledgeable about trees. He gave us good advice about which trees should come down and which could stay- I didn't feel like he was trying to get us to do anything unnecessary, and it was helpful that he pointed out a few unhealthy trees. He gave us a fair price of about $1000.00 to cut down a number of small-medium trees, remove branches from a very tall tree, and also remove a row of scraggly bushes, including stump-grinding. The work was done on the day we agreed to and everything went fine. I would use Timberline again, definitely.

Timberline was very responsive from the time of getting the estimate to the end of the job. Timberline gave me a fair price for the large amount of work to be done. They quickly scheduled the work very fast and showed up when they said they would. They said it would take two days. They showed up the first day and went to work right away and worked all of the day. The second day they finished all but the stump grinding. The crew cleaned up to the point where you would not know the work that was just done. Over these two days very good and very courteous. They came the third day to finish grinding the stumps. When I looked it over one stump was still not done. Steve came over and inspected the area and explained why they could not get the stump due to a close by fence. I removed the fence and they were there the next day to finish grinding the stump. Timberline was great company to work with and I would hire them again.

When Hurricane Sandy hit in October, 2012 we had two trees fall. One fell on our house and the other fell on one of our cars. Because of the devastation in this area, it was very difficult to get someone to come out to remove the trees. We had called many Tree Removal companies and either they couldn't get to us for a week or more or they didn't return our calls. We contacted Timberline and they came out the next day and removed the trees. It was not an easy job but they did it. In March, we decided to have 5 more trees taken down so that we wouldn't have to worry if there was another hurricane and we called Timberline again. They came and removed all of the trees at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them.

Everything has been great so far. He told us he had a large job to do and he had to reschedule with us. He has been very repsonsive through out the whole thing.

They were really easy to deal with. They were helpful and honest and communicated well. They came and checked the yard then gave the estimate. We spoke with Peter who is an excellent great guy. He answered all of our questions and even joked with us. He had a great personality. They did an excellent job at removing the trees. The estimate was accurate and they gave a full explanation on how the job would be handled. They also talked to our neighbors and removed their trees as well.

They were excellent and I gave them a recommendation. Their service was fine and they charged me about $2000 or $2500 I think for their services. Their whole package was correct and they were really very good. Their price was probably moderate because I really didn’t check around and I just wanted it done. So I don’t know if the price was excellent or not, but my people told me that the price was good and so I really don’t know. Their quality of service was excellent. They were very neat and they cleaned up after themselves. It was just a matter of cutting down the top set of trees, so they wouldn’t be put down to hazard in the next storm. They were good with responsiveness but I didn’t have the need to call them back. They came on time. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Theirs was the best price, and they suggested removing some other dead trees while they were here. Good folks, a little overwhelmed by the storm. Their chipper broke down and they had to leave the trees as they fell - for almost a week. The driveway was navigable however and it only looked bad. My one suggestion to Treeline is to keep in better touch with the customer. Overall a good experience, and I will use them again.

I asked them if the firewood was dry and could be burned right away. It was not and it just won t burn. I called them after and spoke with the owner. He was not very nice and asked what I wanted him to do about it. He said if I really knew how to make a fire I could get it to burn. The wood is wet. I am very experienced at making fires. I asked the owner to take it back and replace it with wood that would burn. He never did. They have refused to even answer my calls. The last time I told them I left a message explaining I was very upset and I wanted the situation resolved.
