Description of Work: Installed a new washing machine (purchased at their showroom) and removed old machine. Free delivery, installation and removal of broken machine. Knowledgeable sales person. Went to this local smaller business because of dissatisfaction with customer service at Lowes and because their repair service fixed our oven on the day before a holiday with the same level of quality service. They will be our "go to" for future appliance purchase and repair.

Description of Work: The dryer belt broke and had to be replaced. Unfortunately they did not have the replacement on hand or at the store so I had to wait until the next week for them to get it and to get it installed. The price seemed a little high for the work done. Once the repair man came with the replacement, it took him about a half hour to replace.

+ -1 moreMy washing machine was leaking from the bottom. I called Rockland Appliance Center and was told that a repairman would be in my area in two days. I made the appointment. The gentleman called on the appointed day and time to make sure I was home and arrived shortly later. He located the problem, which was a cracked motor, and repaired the washing machine by installing a new motor. He was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking from the bottom. The repairman discovered the problem was a cracked motor and replaced the motor.
