We would certainly use and recommend Joe to anyone. In fact, he's been referred to two other families after we used him and they thought he was great as well.
Description of Work: We have used Joe twice, once for a major remodeling project and again for some minor changes about 6 years later.

+ -1 moreDue to the unfortunate flooding I experienced after the Hurricane, It would have went well I'm sure, given the opportunity to have the work done. If I ever decide to open another salon, Joe would be the contractor I would trust. ~rose
Description of Work: Joe gave me a couple of estimates for work I needed done on a new hair salon. He was very professional, punctual and honest. Yes, I would recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. It ended up that I didn't open up a new salon because all my furniture and equipment to transfer over to a new location was destroyed by Hurricane Irene.

JOSEPH TABULKA HOME IMPRVMNT offers the following services: I am a full service contractor and can handle most of the work required to say remodel a bathroom or a kitchen from start to finish. The only work I do not do is stone counter tops and painting. I do install Ceramic tile, pre-finished flooring, exterior and interior doors, custom moldings, raised panel wainscot, and custom heat convector covers. I also build decks and install PVC railings on patios.
I do not paint unless its something small like a wall repair and I do not install granite and Corian counter tops. No siding work, no masonry or roofing.
