Usually I go to home depot in West Nyack without an issue. Ramon always helps me with my purchases and is a HUGE help getting stuff to my car. There other older gentleman who collects the carts is also very helpful. Jeff who works in the Kitchen department is also very nice and always willing to answer questions. However, few days after this past Christmas (not sure of exact date), I went to return an item and was really taken back by the attitude I got from the return staff. Home Depot had set up this table next to the return check out. Behind the table were these two brown haired ladies (probably in their 40's) who were gossiping when I walked up to the counter. Although I read their names on their name tags, I will not use their names. I apparently interrupted their conversation and they seemed annoyed that they had to do something. I got eye rolls, high flipping, huffing and puffing and complaints from them. They acted as if they were is some sort of power position. I just smiled and didn't say anything back because it was the holiday and I felt sorry for them. If they are not happy to do their job, I'm sure that Home Depot can easily replace them with someone that would want a job. I hope they were just seasonal workers because if I ever had to go through their attitude again I will have to say something to the manager. I hope that they read this and improve on their customer service for the future. I would also like to say that I miss the Home Depot Expo Store and wish that Home Depot would carry more upgraded products (Understanding it would cost more).

started my journey into purchasing a patio door on Feb. 24, 2012 and got the run around of my life. They gave me an appointment for measuring the door only not to show up. I made another appointment. If that wasn't enough when I tried to purchase the door (Andersen Patio Door) there was no one in the door section in the store (on several occasions) to assist me. Finally on March 20, 2012 I ordered and paid for the door. The door arrived for Delivery on May 30, 2012. The installer was great BUT after installing the door the grill that I paid extra for did not fit. The grills are now in my dining room and still no one from the company has made any arrangement to assist me with this problem. This was the order from h***.

I‘m satisfied with the job they did. They took out the old windows and replaced them with the new heavy duty windows. Home Depot Company gave me a life time guarantee on their windows, that’s why I went with them. If the glass cut broke due to an accident or if I deliberately break them for some reason, they would replace it at no charge. They did a good job, I had not complaints. They used good quality materials for the install. The quality of install was excellent too. They were very professional. I would use them again if required.

We haven't had any single problem with the roof, since three years. On the first day, four men came and looked over all the areas of the roof, which might have problems. They pointed out things to us. Next day, they came in and took everything down. We had a meeting then. On the first day, they finished half of the work, and second day, they totally finished it. They cleaned up everything around, so they did a great job. We were satisfied with their price. The quality was excellent. Their response was terrific. They were here the first thing in the morning. They finished the work when they said they would.

They were really wonderful and they gave us a package price of about $40,000 for that work. They subcontracted the work and those people were also wonderful. They quality of the work was good and I can?t say how quick they were to get back to me. They were always here when they said they would be.

It went very well. They were on time but you have to check back with them because sometimes they don?t call you back. The quality of their work was fine. They were pretty good on price.

They were excellent and their service was phenomenal. We had a very good experience with them and it was a very large job. They did a first-rate job. They took everything out, like the appliances and sink, and they replaced everything. We got all new cabinets and a new lighting system as well.

The installers were excellent. They were meticulously neat. They moved all of the furniture that was required to move. They went beyond the call of duty and exceeded all of my expectations. I am happy with the quality. I've recommended them to friends. I can't remember the name of the installers but they are what made the experience so good.

I WAS SATISFIED BECAUSE IT LOOKS BETTER THAN BEFORE. IT'S AN IMPROVEMENT TO THE BASEMENT, AND IT'S BETTER THAN WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE THE DAMAGE. THEY MADE A LOT OF PROMISES SAYING THAT THEY HAD STUFF IN STOCK. I ORDERED IT AND GOT A CALL BACK SAYING I HAD TO WAIT. EVERYTHING GOT BACKED UP FOR WEEKS.

IT WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THEY INSTALLED THE FLOORS VERY WELL.

THEY HAD A VERY GOOD PRICE AND THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I COMPARED THEM TO OUR LOCAL GAS COMPANY AND THEY WERE THIRTY PERCENT CHEAPER.
