Mike never showed up for scheduled appointment. He didn’t call to reschedule.

Response from Cny seasonal services
First off we do NOT have a Mike working for us. I answer all calls from people that inquire about services from us. We have one phone number, one email address and all of or web enquiries come directly to me and only to me. I send all the customers to my guys after entering them in my data base that has search technology to search for address, name phone numbers in our system. There is a backup created through google AND apple separately. I also have a book that I record beginning data WHEN A CUSTOMER FIRST CALLS. This person was never scheduled for work or an estimate and AGAIN...WE DO NOT HAVE A MIKE WORKING FOR US. This person must have confused us with another company---THANKS PATRICK
