Supreme Steam NY

We could not be more pleased with the way our wood floors came back to life after they were deep cleaned, lightly buffed and then had two coats of wax applied. We are so pleased with Supreme Steam NY and would highly recommend them and their owner George.

George did a GREAT job!!! Our carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years, due to COVID. We do not allow shoes on carpet in our home , and I did regularly vacuum- so that helped with cleanliness. But there were coffee spills, by other family members. George owns Supreme Steam, and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. He is certified in several types of carpet care, and working on his Upholestery certifications. He is Very! Focused, informs you of how he will clean the various areas, and Always listens to what the Homeowner needs. He has a great, positive personality, and is extremely strong. I moved all the furniture myself, as I do not think it’s fair to make the Cleaner move all those items, but he can certainly help with bulky items if needed. He brings his own Blue Booties so his shoes never touch the carpet. A reall go-getter with No Excuses!!!! He came back for some touch ups, with a different product that really worked on the very light carpet. And he did so, willingly. George is a gust of fresh air, focus and talent. He is a terrific young man!!!! I will always use his service in the future; we have lived in Pt. Jeff for 39 years—- so great to find an honest, great carpet and upholstery person!!! Perfect work for a reasonable cost!!

I need my office carpets clean and was searching for a reputable company. I came across Supreme Steam and I spoke with the owner George. He was very professional and he stands by his work. My staff and I were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for any of the carpet, tile or floor cleaning. 10/10 for sure.

Overall I had a great experience! At first I wasn’t exactly sure what was needed in order to get my carpet and floors looking brand new again. I knew I didn’t want to purchase new flooring throughout my home, it was just the matter of finding a reliable cleaning service that actually got the job done. Their Top guy George was incredibly professional and very efficient. He definitely knows what he is doing. He revamped my carpets and floors, they look ten years younger!!

The service was fantastic. So much better than cleaners I have used in the past. Scheduling was flexible. The owner was the one who did my work and it showed. Highly recommend going with this service over other local options - I’m a landlord so I’ve used a bunch of cleaners. Will stick with this one from now on.
