+ -1 moreTHE FIRST CARPET CAME IN AND WAS LAID WITH NO PROBLEMS AND LOOKED GREAT. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO THE SECOND ONE, WE KEPT GETTING PUT OFF AND WERE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. WHEN THEY DID BRING AND INSTALL IT, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED TWO CARPETS AND HAD THEM INSTALLED.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES REP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS IMPORTANT. I HAVE USED THEM FOUR OTHER TIMES AND I HAVE CALLED AROUND EACH TIME AND THEY STILL HAVE BETTER PRICING THEN OTHER COMPANIES.
