It isn't every day you find a group of folks comprising a solid company that leaves the job site they work on in better condition than they found it. At this point, finding such a great group of people is like a mystical unicorn. We found it in Kalco RG Services. We'd had a couple of other proposals to replace our 25 year old roof - several, we just didn't get a good feeling for the company and one, the price was so ridiculously high for our very simple roof we elected not to pursue them. The licensing and insurance for Kalco was spot on, reviews, outstanding. Dan was personable, answered the myriad questions we had (and got them all right - we're in the construction business and have a lot of contacts in our database). His quote was excellent and commenced with the work within a week's time. Of course, the day of the job was hectic - it's a pretty intrusive sensation having pounding and men walking above your head for eight to nine hours. I can honestly say that every single one of the guys working was great. Mike, the foreman, was especially helpful and concerned with making sure our pet piggy was safe during the construction and worked closely with us to move piggy away from any debris during the old roof removal. We surveyed the work and I was even serenaded by one of the guys as they were replacing the skylights - very cute! When the work was done, Mike took great pains to make absolutely sure that there was no nail, shingle, paper or any other refuse from the construction left anywhere on the property. He even blew the leaves away from the house in the front and back to make sure there were no heavy pieces of metal that might cause our piggy harm. I was delighted and a bit in awe that they took such great pains. When Dan came back at the end of the day to make sure that all the vent caps were secure he noticed that one of the support bars for our chimney for our wood-burning stove was rotted away. What did he do? He worked with my husband to fabricate two new supports to secure the chimney to the roof as if it were brand new. He didn't have to do that. He could have just let it be the way it was - which might have been disaterous for us if there were a storm big enough to blow the whole thing over because it wasn't bolted down. I was delighted. We run our own small business in the same way; each customer's situation and needs is unique and we do whatever needs to be done to make sure they are thoroughly happy with the job we do. We knew small companies who had the same work ethic were few and far between - now we know, at least in the roofing business - that at least one exists that holds itself to those higher standards. I cannot recommend this company and all the individuals who work for it enough. They proved their mettle, are marvelous and committed to do the right job and doing it exceptionally well. Oh, my new roof looks gorgeous, by the way. If you need these roofing/gutter services do call this company. You'll be writing a shining review once they are done just like I am doing now!

He is very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. Another plus about Dan, is that he is very punctual and responsive. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

I had a leak coming into my upstairs Bathroom through the ceiling after Hurricane Sandy. Danny squeezed me into his schedule a day after I called him. He came and evaluated the situation and broke it down for me. I was comfortable with the quote as it was less than a few others I received. He did the work on the spot for me. Excellent Experience. I would use again and definitely recommend
