Ron and his team were friendly and professional. Ron was able to show me what he was seeing in my cesspool with a camera and how full it was. Had a good experience and would recommend Evergreen.

The gentleman that showed up, put a camera in the line and could not get to main in street because the pipe was broken. He told me that he could not do anything more because of town regulations, and that I was facing thousands of dollars to fix it. He sympathized with me and charged me half normal rate. It turns out I was on the town's sewer maintenance plan, and actually paid NOTHING for them to rip the street up! I would definitely call them again though...

Ron, the owner, was very accomidating in making an appointment, and understood the urgency. Oscar, the technician, was very informative, and diligent in locating our hidden main cover. He explained everything he was doing and why. Offered advice about the future maintenance of our system with out pressuring us into unnecessary work. The price for the service was reasonable and well explained.

When the workers got there and inspected the tank, they found that the levels were not all that high and suggested that the problem of poor flushing was more likely due to a clog in the drain between the house and the tank. They dug out the drain and unclogged it, which fixed the problem. I appreciated the honesty, and even more the fact that they mailed me a check for the difference between what they did and what I had purchased through Angie's List. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Bathtub was still clogged and Ron told me what to get and how to clear it (a new plunger was all I needed)

Ron, the owner, is a true professional who cares about his customers and his reputation. He arrived in person right on time, analyzed and explained the situation thoroughly, including our options, and took care of everything quickly and neatly with good equipment. I couldn't be more impressed and would recommend Evergreen to anyone dealing with drainage issues.

Ron was humble and honest and polite. Went to his truck to find parts that would remedy the P trap problem. He fixed it. This guy is a credit to the professional plumber.

After seeing all the good reviews, I called Ron to come for an estimate of the job. Ron is just wonderful. He took time to explain the options and told the pros and cons of them. He wasn't pushy or tried to make a sell. I am still deciding what to do and will definitely hire him when I need it to be done. I really appreciate Ron's professionalism and honesty.

Ron at Evergreen is awesome. When I first called, they said they were fully booked for the day but they felt so bad for our situation (an emergency call after a sudden cesspool backup, and two other companies suggested by neighbors couldn't come out to our area that day) they were going to try to do their best to help us. 15 minutes later, I got a call from Ron who said he was at his last job for the day (and pretty far from us too), but would squeeze us in and come by if we were willing to wait until he was done at his last job. He came and was very friendly and knowledgable, and very patient with our questions since we had just moved into the house and knew nothing about cesspools. Furthermore, he helped us problem solve and directed us in the next steps to take because it turned out our cesspool was much older and hadn't been serviced in a much longer time than the previous owner had led us to believe. To make that long story short, we need a completely new system and Ron isn't able to provide us that service (they don't have their own cranes for a job as big as the one we need, and Ron explained to us that he typically does not subcontract because he prefers to oversee and take full responsibility for each job himself), but Ron stayed behind after he was done pumping out our cesspool and educated us on the different types of systems there are, what we need to do, and who we need to contact to move forward. He did what he could but was very honest about the status of our cesspool and gave us a lot of helpful direction. He also gave us a free water alarm to keep in the basement shower to detect sudden floods from the lowest point in the home so you know right when a floor is happening. Ron and Evergreen made a really stressful day much easier to manage, and our only regret is that we can't hire him to do the system replace! Once we get the new system installed, however, we will make it a point to reach out to Ron for all future maintenance. Thanks again!

Called at 10am, left a message with the reception. Ron Called me back within 15 minutes and was at my house in another 30 minutes. End to end everything was cleared and working in less than 2 hours. Best experience I have had with any service provider, can't say enough good things about my experience.

After 4 estimates, Evergreen had the best price and gave me more capacity. He gave me 2 domes while the others were giving me 1 dome and 1 flat cover over the tops of both the cesspool and the overflow. Ron was very professional as was his workers. Exceptional Customer Service! Highly recommend Evergreen....found the Company on Angie's List. Owner Ron responded immediately, could not be more courteous, professional and honest. He stopped by on a Saturday with all his equipment and explained everything step by step. Incredibly he examined the issue and did not even charge for the visit. Although I didn't need to have the tank pumped I will DEFINITELY call on him again! 5 Stars across the line. Thanks Ron!

Ron was informative, knowledgeable and fair with his price. He took the time to locate the septic tank, check the areas of the property to make sure it was the proper one and did the job. It was a pleasant experience and I felt that I learned a thing or two myself. I can see why he has great reviews. Very happy with the service.

Ron, the owner, showed up on time - 8:15 on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend! (I had called the day before at 2, he apologized he could not make it sooner, I was very happy he could make it as soon as he could.) He was very personable and knowledgeable. The overflow tank was easy to find, but it took about 20 minutes to make sure whether or not there was a main tank and to find the access - he didn't want to leave with the job partially done and I could have a problem again. No charge for that time, just for the pumping and chemicals, plus a 10% discount for using Angie's List. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I called the service late Saturday afternoon. Ron, owner, answered the phone. He agreed to come early Sunday morning so I would not have to shower again with problem drain. Ron was on time, reasonably priced, professional, pleasant, cleaned up after himself and got the job done perfectly all before I had to shower in the morning. I would highly recommend his service and I will call him again for my next plumbing job.

I just purchased a new house and was unsure about the state of my cesspool. I wanted someone to come out and inspect the cesspool and pump it if it was deemed necessary. I spoke to Ron on the phone and he arrived several days later exactly at the time we had scheduled. He removed the cover of the cesspool and used a special camera to inspect the contents. We determined that this tank was the only one on the property (I was unsure if we had another one somewhere else) and he also said the tank was in great shape and that no services were required at the time. He did not ask for any payment and said to call again in 3-5 years when it came time to service it, which I will certainty do. He then proceeded to tell me how to maintain the cesspool using enzymes and such. I appreciated his time, effort and honesty and will use him again in the future.
