They seem like honest people, where they wouldn't take advantage of your situation to make more money. I am truly in debt. He agreed to come in on July 4th when everybody is celebrating independence day and barbecuing. Very helpful and did a marvelous job. Would hire you again and highly recommend having him for your needs. He will go out of his way to help you with your trouble.

Attempting to get a cesspool cleaning company on the phone at 7 pm on the Sat before a Tue 4th of July holiday is next to impossible but not for this company. Ron the owner responded to my voicemail message quickly and gave a thorough explanation of what is going on with my system. He was prompt coming at 8:30 Sun morning. Ron pumped out the septic tank, assuring me that the cesspool does not seem to be full/an issue and snaked out blockages between the lower toilet and septic tank. Absolutely fantastic. Ron is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. He spent a great amount of time explaining my septic system as we just moved into a new house, giving me options and feedback on what needed to be done and when. I would say he is an absolute expert in his field and was dedicated to leaving his clients satisfied with his work. There is rarely a time that I would wholeheartedly recommend someone, and this is one of those times. True professionals!

Tom was excellent. Very responsive, came to the house on time, explained to my tenant that he couldn't continue to shove wipes down the toilet. He also snaked out another clogged toilet, and inspected the cesspool to determine its condition.

Ron came in and examined the current set up, both examining the house sewer with a camera snake, and physically inspecting the pool. He determined that there was no overflow tank, and believed that installing one would solve the bulk of the problem. He also went above and beyond in explaining the scope of the job, and in finding an area of backpitch in the interior line (and explaining the ongoing maintenance needed to prevent that from becoming a bigger problem). He was able to get in with his crew in a reasonable period of time, and had the equipment to do the job quickly and (by my experience so far) correctly. I was glad that he didn't "sell the job" and hand if off to someone else, but was on site, leading the installation. New cesspool was installed in less than one workday. As part of the installation process, Ron discovered an older cesspool that had been left unfilled by a previous owner-- a potentially dangerous situation for our family. He filled it in with the soil that was removed for the new cesspool. He spent time compacting and grading the soil afterwards. Ron was professional, communicative, and solved problems that were not part of the original job. His price was reasonable--while it was not the absolute cheapest quote, given the quality of work performed (to have his personal involvement as an owner-operator on-site, the diagnostic services, the extra steps and solutions), I believe the value was excellent. I would definitely recommend him.

I call Mr. Sass thinking that we have a problem. He came as soon as possible on time. Spent about 20-30 minutes on my property. After spending all that time, he came to conclusion that there is no problem. I asked him about his bill and his reply was do mot worry. Real honest person. He did not ask me spend on the things I really do not need. Thank you Mr. Saas. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to any one.

They were very good, Quick and professional

Ron responded to my inquiry immediately (on a Sunday) and came to my home within an hour. He attempted to rooter a clogged drain line, which was only partially successful due to the severity of the clog throughout a very long line. So, he recommended that we reroute the line by tapping into another waste line that was nearby. He did the work on the spot in 30 minutes and all is now working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with Ron's work, his professionalism, and his fair pricing.

By brilliant deduction and years of practical experience they located the position of a cesspool and had it pumped out, all within a period of 90 minutes. Two previous companies each spent 2 hours locating the probable position of the original filled in cesspool but never got as far as uncovering it. Evergreen took 15 minutes to determine that what the other companies had located was defunct and set about the task of locating the functional one. Their skill and expertise was a pleasure to watch. They also explained each step of the process and were upfront with costing. I would give Evergreen an A++ rating if I could.

Tank cover was under some plants and a small tree. The tree should be moved in the future, but they cleaned out the septic tanks the best they could under the circumstances.

tech arrived on time and identified isseu with clogged line. our chesspool was full again and needed to be pumped out. Work was performed a few days later.

They found the drywell within 5 minutes and pumped it out without any problem. They also snaked out the drainage line. They did a fantastic job.

Great Service: came by and located the tank and did an inspection. Gave me a thorough explanation of everything.. Including how to troubleshoot on my own in the future. Was very honest and forthright - ended up getting it pumped and treated on spot as well. Will definitely use again.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Originally called to have Septic tank pumped. Evergreen located placement of my Septic tank after noticing flow of my overflow tank was "dribbling" when it should actually be flowing like a hose. Discussed the entire process with me before doing any work. He made sure I was well informed and understood what was going on. Executed the work seamlessly and saved me a lot of money in the future of having to replace the Septic tank and avoiding a huge headache and mess! Thank you.

Considering it was December 27 and it was the first time we used them, they came out that same day. It was a lifesaver. They did it quickly and explained to us how to anticipate it happening again.

I was given a 3 hour window for service and Evergreen then narrowed the window by calling to tell me they would arrive in about an hour and they arrived on time. The crew was very professional and carried in a shop vac to prevent a mess when they opened the clean-out plug. The job was completed in a short time and they made sure everything was running smoothly and left the kitchen clean. A previous visit (2 days prior) by Ray the Plumber had resulted in a change out of 2 pieces of PVC under the sink, an added vent, and a $50. bottle of septic tank cleaner to clear the very very slow drain. In comparison this was very a very satisfactory experience and I would definitely use this company again.

I called Ron at about 8pm on a Sunday evening and he answered! He listened to my problem and told me exactly what he thought it could be. Basically every time we showered or emptied a bath the toilets would gurgle and loose all pressure to flush and sometimes there would be sewer like back wash coming up into our tubs and showers. He was fairly certain he knew what the issue was and quoted me a price. I agreed to it and he was here next day as promised. He is the owner and came with a helper. They found my vent and had to dig to get to the trap to snake the lines to sewer. He pulled out some large roots. Afterwards he used a camera to make sure he got everything. He ran it all the way to street sewer line. He sucessfully cleaned my lines to the sewer explaining everything as he went along and allowing me to watch and ask questions. He was upfront and honest and saved the day!! I would totally recommend Evergreen Cesspool and Ron for any plumbing issues you may have. His price fair and work was done quickly and neatly. I now have functioning plumbing again. See picture below of what they pulled out several feet into my lines. Huge roots.

From our initial call to Evergreen, we were impressed with the professionalism of both Ron and Sandy. Ron patiently explained the process since it was our first time having our tanks pumped. He came across knowledgeable & sincere. On the scheduled day, Ron had to find our tank covers which was no easy feat since we had no idea where they were. After finding the covers he proceeded to pump the main tank and apply chemicals to the 2nd tank, all the while carrying on interesting conversations with us without pressuring us to pump more than necessary nor finding ways to charge us more. He is super honest and likeable and we DEFINITELY will recommend Evergreen again!

Ron, the owner, answered the phone himself- on a Sunday night!! Amazing!! He was very nice and understanding. He came as soon as he could. He was prompt. He was very polite. He explained everything and my options. He told me how much anything would cost before I decided what to do. The fact that they turned around and came back to pump at the end of the work day was very impressive. The fact that he gave me a written estimate for the future job, was reassuring.
