Ron was great. He called me before coming over and was punctual and professional. After draining the cesspool, he explained to me how my particular cesspool worked and then cleaned up. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to my friends and family.

This was a very big job. The provider did an excellent job. He was very nice, very hard working, and very professional. He worked very hard to get everything working properly. He was here over two hours. He honored my Big Deal and didn't ask for anymore money.

Ron was excellent. He was exceptionally professional. On time and clear about the technical details. I learned some things I didn't know. He didn't overwork it. Was on time and his office was also professional, call me before he came to let me know he was on the way. Just a great experience. Would definitely use him again.

Found this provider highly recommended on Angie's list. Had problem with a shower drain very slow causing overflow of the pan. Ron was able to dig into his bag of tricks and tools to clear the problem, and at the same time provided a good education on what causes the clogs, how drain cleaners from the supermarket can cause the problem to get worse, and how to prevent the problem from recurring. After finding this vendor on Angie's list, and it only took one call to schedule to be at the house at 5:30pm to accommodate my work schedule. Ron arrived as promised, took care to insure the work area was left clean and orderly. I've definitely found a new provider to use for any emergency and routine service needs, and plan to recommend to friends and family.

This was a completely satisfying experience. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Ron who is the owner of the business and is highly involved in his work and interactions with customers. Ron had two assistants with him who were also very helpful and accommodating. I felt a very positive rapport with Ron from the start of the job. What I liked most about him is that he shares all the information he has regarding the work and you feel like there's total transparency in the process and that you're collaborating in the decision making. For example, he didn't just decide by himself to put chemicals in the overflow tank. He discussed the relative merits of treating both the main and/or overflow tanks and it was me who decided to do both tanks. Ron is also very thorough and knowledgeable. As an example, in order to check that there were no clogs in the line, he had me flush my toilet twice. One of my three toilets is much older than the other two so instead of flushing the new toilet twice, I flushed the new toilet once and then flushed the older toilet. When I came back outside, he told me that one of my toilets is much older with a twinkle in his eye. In summary, I have a cesspool that is 50 years old and many service people would have no reluctance to sell me a new cesspool. I found Ron and Evergreen to be totally honest, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Evergreen to friends and family for their cesspool needs. Excellent A++++ job. Ron and his crew are professoinal, accommodating and easy to work with. He cares about his customers and works hard to make sure that the job is done correctly. Pricing is reasonable and you certainly get everything you pay for. He genuinely wanted the system to function as planned and for us to be pleased with his work. In fact, returned a second time to make to check on things and make some minor adjustments in the system. We waited to write this review in order to experience a heavy rain so that we could truly assess the functionality of the system. The result is that it works perfectly and we could not be happier. Evergreen Cesspool Service and Drainage Company should be the only drainage company anyone ever uses. If there were a rating higher than A, the owner Ron would get it! Ron is an absolute professional- honest, dependable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was prompt in giving an estimate, arrived as scheduled to do the work, and remained on site the entire time. In January, I had a minor flood in my basement due to a clog in the main line to the cesspool. I was informed that the line would eventually need to be replaced. In the spring, I had various estimates in order to make an educated decision as the main line from the house to the cesspool ran under an existing flowerbed. The first drainage professional said a major portion of the large brick retaining wall housing the flowerbed would have to be removed, also causing damage to the underground sprinkler system and electrical floodlight system. They informed me that they would not be responsible for replacing the retaining wall nor repairing the sprinklers and electrical wiring. When Ron came, he assured me that he could hand dig under the retaining wall rather than removing it. What a fantastic job he and his men did! Not only did they maintain the wall in its original condition, they did no damage to either the sprinkler or electrical systems. They replaced the plants that had been removed and left the lawn looking as if nothing had been done. The cost for this repair was also the most reasonable of all the estimates I received. I would MOST definitely recommend this company and will use Ron in the future to install a new cesspool. His work went far above and beyond what I expected!

Ron had to seriously excavate down three feet to access the oversize concrete cover... He broke loose all the impacted material (no small feat!) Flushed and pumped out the system, added chemical, then... He replaced said cover with the proper size on a new collar. Accessing and Servicing the system will be much easier and quicker next time.. The three men (and three trucks) busted their Buns for over 3 hours... I felt that I had good value for the money spent and everything they did was with my pre-approval.

I interviewed two local cesspool companies and neither one gave me straight answers. First time pumping cesspool and I wanted to know the process. They were evasive and I felt they were hiding what exactly I was paying for. A neighbor recommend Evergreen and I spoke to the owner, Ron. He explained the process from start to finish. I told him I was working on a budget and he said it wouldn't be a problem. He broke down the individual pricing for the pumping, aerating, etc. He insisted that I be there to observe his work. He arrived on time, pumped out the main cesspool, located a second pool and pumped out that. He aerated the pools and added the chemicals. Not only did I observe his work, he explained how some cesspool companies cut corners to save themselves money and time. I felt a level of comfort that I was able to watch and knowing I wasn't getting screwed. Ron has a small company that he is hands on with and I appreciated that I spoke not only to a knowledgeable person but also the owner of the firm. Evergreen is his livery hood and if he doesn't provide good service, he doesn't pay his bills. I am very happy with the quality of work of Evergreen and I would definitely recommend them. Reading all the positive reviews he has, including mine, I would give him an A+ rating!

The service itself was fine although ultimately snaking did not give us any new information and did add to the cost. The real problem came 2 days later when I went in the yard and realized the cap to the cesspool was cracked. I called and was told they would come out to replace it but the new cap would be white instead of black. No one ever came. I will not use these guys again.

Great company and service. Price was very fair, and the work was as planned. Unlike other companies, they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need to make a quick buck. Very pleased.

Called Ron at 9am on a Sunday. He arrived at our house 30-45 minutes later. He was very pleasant and professional and explained all of the possible issues and how he might resolve them. Fortunately the issue was just a blocked line and not a frozen one. He was able to clean out the the line and within 15 minutes our plumbing system was back to normal. Nice quick resolution to our issue.

We use this company first time, what a great experience we have with this company, and especially with this company's owner,he came he came on time, finish the job in two hours, and company's owner is very professional, and again We are very very happy with the service, and in future we will keep using this company and we will refer to of her family members and friends.

I have been meaning to circle back to write this review. Let me start by saying Ron was as friendly and knowledgeable as I could ask someone to be. He knows his craft inside and out, and was on site the entire time. I am one to really appreciate the whole owner/operator type of business model, as it ensures things are done right the first time. Regarding the task at hand, Ron spent a total of three days/trips to my new home. The first was simply an attempt to locate the tank, as I only had a general idea of where it was. This was at no charge. The second day he came in with the heavy equipment, as the tank turned out being three feet down under HEAVY, packed soil. Not something you could reach with a shovel. Turns out the main tank was chock full, not having been emptied in at least 5 years, maybe more (how pleasant!). Anyway, tank was emptied, chemicals added, and Ron also took the time to install a collar for future access, so not the cap is six inches down rather than three feet. He also inspected the overflow tank, and of course returned my front yard to as-good-as-can be expected shape. Plus, he came back a third time to correct a hole from settling soil and another minor issue, again at no charge. As someone who is regularly running into scammers, being overcharged for services, and generally does not have much luck hiring people for home repairs, I was pretty much 100% satisfied with the experience, cost, etc. His prices were beyond fair, and again the approach was exceptional. Ron will be my go to guy next time out. Obviously a strong recommend.

The job was done quickly and was just what I asked for. The price was fair for the work that was done. The price for the total job was about $500.00 less than two other quotes. You can't ask for more than the job being done at a fair price on-time with the expected results.

Ron was very helpful. He answered every question I had and explained to me how my cesspool system works (first time owning a home with a cesspool). He didn't try to up sale me anything just found the problem and fixed it. He was quick, very professional, and very helpful. I totally recommend him.

Early in the afternoon after taking a shower and doing a load of wash, I noticed gurgling in my basement toilet. This has happened in the past and my cesspool has overflowed into the downstairs bathroom. I immediately checked Angie's list and found Evergreen Custom Cesspool. I called the number listed, and a very nice woman named Sandy took all my information, and called me back within a few minutes to tell me that they would be there within the hour. Ron came and told me what they would do and gave me a price, which was very reasonable. I agreed, and he and his helper proceeded to do the work. I was very pleased at the prompt response, reasonable cost and professionalism. I was so relieved that it was taken care of so fast.

After a minor interior problem with my drainage system, It made me think that my pools haven't been serviced in the last 20 years and the covers are buried deep. Since I did not want a problem in the middle of winter and have dig through frozen ground I decided to have them checked now. I consulted Angie's list and the BBB and called three companies. One company never called back the second gave me a "not too bad of a estimate" over the phone. Ron from Evergreen came out to do an onsite estimate. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary additions. The price we agreed on was more the fair and a date was set. After a weather related delay the very professional crew arrived early the next available day and quickly completed the job and cleaned up the area nicely. As it turned out I averted a potential disaster since both pools were nearly full. In conclusion the job went very well and I would highly recommend Evergreen to friends and family To top it off the final price was below the estimate.

This is an A+ service. Ron was able to file Town paperwork quickly and then he scheduled with the inspector and showed up as promised. Job was done quickly with no surprises.

They showed up on time in bad weather cleaned out my drywell added chemicals to help it drain. The owner was very friendly and did not try to sell me more work than i needed the price was the lowest I found and they even give a Angies list discount.
