EVERGREEN CUSTOM CESSPOOL

Description of Work: Needed a septic tank cleaning/pumping and I did not previously know of the location of the septic tank cover/cap. Ron and his team spent well over an hour in the snow to try and locate the septic tank cover, which they eventually found. It wasn't easy with the snow. Ron and his team were extremely professional and helpful. Septic tank was backed up, they found the cap, and pumped the tank and filled it with two jugs of chemicals. One week after, I coincidentally had a clog in the main line. I called up Ron and he was at my house within a half hour. Ron personally handled the situation and it solved my problem, free of charge (which I was greatly appreciative of). During the process he gave me a lot of insight on what I can do myself as a homeowner to fix some of these issues if they were to come up again. I would most definitely recommend Evergreen to anyone and everyone.

Apparently there was some error in scheduling since they didn't know they were supposed to come out. However they apologized and showed up within the hour. Description of Work: They arrived promptly on new years day after an overflow. Pumped 1000 gallons of waste, put in chemicals and cleaned the main line. Considering how quickly the owner came on new years day, the amount paid was on the high side of fair.

Description of Work: They did more than I had hoped for. But it had to be done. as for punctuality, Ron arrived a little early. He did not rush thru the job. He took his time and explained what he was doing. I would use Evergreen again, although I really don't want to have to.

Description of Work: My front lawn had a 3 feet deep by 2 feet wide "sink" hole. Ron from Evergreen confirmed that it was from an old cesspool taken out of service in the early 1960s. He brought in a backhoe, dug the hole down finding the problem, and filled it with RCA and fill. They left my lawn cleaned up. All I needed to do is seed the area. The job was completed quickly and Ron and his crew were professional and helpful. Ron included the 10% discount from using Angie's List without prompting. I would definitely recommend Evergreen.

Description of Work: I had a clogged in the drain line leading away from the sumpump. Some service providers that I contacted wanted me to empty the basin before they would unclog & change the burnt out sumpump. Without coming to assess the problem, they starded on prices. I was at my wit's end & became discouraged. I finally joined angie's list and contacted Evergreen. Ron & his staff were awesome. I am so happy with the professionalism & quality of service that I received, I wish I could have submitted an A++ rating: He was punctual, he called before departure, He explained everything that needed to be done & provided an estimate before starting the job; And most importantly: the problem was resolved and I can use my bathroom again.
