Anthony was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and repaired it. He also checked the other areas of the toilet to make sure everything was good to go before he left.

Second time I used them this year and they respond right away, do the job and clean up like they were never there. Riley is knowledgeable, very nice and does great work

The repair was done efficiently and quickly. The only problem was the pricing which seemed excessively high for a 20 minute repair and inexpensive part. I messaged the company about the pricing and they acknowledged that there was a pricing error and would process a refund. That said, i feel much better about the experience and would use their services again.

I continue to use them after showing me they do an incredible job in their area of expertise. Yes I will continue to use them.

Technician Riley arrived on time and performed the necessary repairs. He was friendly and cleaned up nicely after he was done. I would hire them again.

THey ran auger ast trap but toilet backed up again the next day. They returned imediatly and ran auger at sewer cleanout which did the trick. They did not charge for this second visit.

Set up a time for the next day. Lance arrived during the quoted time window, quickly saw the problem, and replaced the valve with an identical valve that was in inventory on his truck. Problem solved. No leaks. Took my credit card right there and emailed me a formal paid invoice. Couldn't have been easier. Lance was polite, knowledgeable, and a good guy. He wore booties in the house at my request, and got the job done quickly and effectively. Price was fair for the expertise involved and for completing the work in a single trip.

Fair, steady and really uneventful, as plumbing should be.

I got answering machine and called back within 5 minutes. Plumber Dan (not the owner but Dashing nonetheless) was at my house within 2 hours. I thought my hot water tank was leaking but he said it was not. Dan installed an expansion tank, and also replaced 2 parts leaking in bath tub. All work completed within 3 hours of initial phone call. Great job and I will definitely use them again

Little drip became non-functioning sink over the weekend. I called Sunday to set up appointment for Monday morning. Lance was on time and very professional. He assessed the repair, gave a price, and efficiently repaired it. I have sat around waiting for return calls and no shows before. Dashing Dan's is reliable and gets the job done!

It went very well. They were very neat and clean. They replaced it. They were here when they said they were going to be here. Even though they were a tad expensive, they did a great job. you get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again.

It was good, it turned out fine. I paid the $85 for the big deal to Angie’s List and there was another charge for the plumber. I don’t remember the cost. I would recommend them.

Employee name Pat. He was excellent. He showed up on time. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes. and charged me only for visit which was $100 and some change. I would recommend any one looking to hire loyal and honest service in long island area.

Work completed quickly and professionally

They remedied whatever they did, but I wouldn't hire them again. They fixed part of what I asked to be fixed; the second part, they actually broke when they were fixing it. They consequently sent me a new part and replaced it, so they remedied what was broken. They didn't charge me obviously for it. They did charge for the original service, which was fine - they did what they were supposed to do. But performance-wise, their customer handling is fine and I think they did everything that they could in terms of handling the situation post-event. But in terms of how they handled the initial situation, I wasn't impressed and it took a little bit to get it remedied, so unless it was an emergency, I wouldn't hire them again.

They came and fixed the issue. It took about 6 hours. The worker was friendly and he tried to clean, but I had to do a little bit of cleaning up after.

I was not happy with them. I found that their prices were exorbitantly high. The technician they sent rather than taking 15-20 minutes took well over an hour. It was not the right part because he did not have the right part. I had to call them back and they sent another tech who did the whole job with the right part in about 20 minutes. I had to pay them for labor and parts over $200 extra and the wrong part was $250.

Lance and Guy came in and did the work and cleaned up afterwards.
