The plumber who came to repair our leak is the first and only plumber that was willing to truly find the leaks and fix them once and for all. He was professional, kept us informed every step of the way and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest plumber.

This was the second time I used their service. Both times went well. The technicians installed my new stove in a tight space. At first it did not look like it would work but they kept trying until they got it. The technicians were pleasant and professional and were careful not to damage stove, walls, etc.

Work was performed in 2011. Not sure of exact date. Installation was ok. Was told to go to tile store to pick out tub, was charged $300 extra after tub was installed. Owner never came to inspect. Grout not holding up. Several leaks from tub to basement. Go to another contractor.

I contacted Angie's List for some plumbing work I needed to have done. I had a variety of plumbing issues that I needed help with. Angie's List matched me up with Dashing Dan's Plumbing and Heating Company. On April 27th, Dashing Dan's sent Paul and Mike to look at my job and provide me with an estimate. I called Dashing Dan's a few days later to schedule the work. On May 6th, Dashing Dan's sent Troy to perform the work I needed done, which included installing a new kitchen faucet, repairing a leak under the kitchen sink, installing new hot/cold knobs on laundry room sink, unclogging the drain on main bathroom sink, and snake the bathtub drain. While snaking the bathtub drain, a pipe began leaking from the upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen on the main floor; the water also leaked down into the basement. As a result, Troy had to replace the pipes for the upstairs bathtub. Although the snaking probably caused the pipe to burst, the pipe appeared to be old and damaged. Troy was here from 9:15 am to 4:00 pm and also made a couple of trips to the Home Depot to pick up some parts he needed. Troy was professional, friendly and courteous; he worked throughout the day with a sense of purpose. He tried to make sure everything was in good working order before he left. However, the next day, I experienced a small amount of water dripping down from the kitchen ceiling. I called Dashing Dan's to report this and they sent Troy back the same day to check it out. Troy found the problem and fixed it. Before leaving, he told me to call again if I experienced any other problems within the next 30 days and they would come out to take care of it. (The guarantee for unclogging the drain is 10 days). I should add that the person I spoke to on the phone (Anthony) was polite as well.

He was outstanding, quick, and reliable. I've contracted him to do work on my bathroom again in the future.

It was a good experience. They were dependable, really nice and clean. They did a great job and everything is still working great.

We called at about 1 p.m. The tech arrived by 2:30 and assessed job. He left for a short time to get the supplies he needed. He returned and completed repair before 6:00. Outstanding response time and quality work.

I made an appointment and was told he would come between 9 am and 12. He called at 11:30am to say he would be late but would be there around 3pm. He finally showed up at 4 pm. I asked for a new heater filter, but he just vacuumed the old one. Even though he has on the paper that i DID request it. He spent more time in truck writing me an estimate for a NEW Heater.....that I didnt ask for....then on servicing of my heater. I would NOT use Dashing Dans again.

-installed chipped tiles -used gray caulking for white tiles -messy caulking -messy work all over Boss (Anthony Fellati)never cheked on work, only came to pick up the check.Only one person was assigned to do the job.It took him more than 3 weeks to partially finish. Smoked inside the house, went through owners things without asking. Left tiles very dirty.

It took crews of two or three almost four days to get the water running and the heat on. The house has an extremely small crawl space, so it was very hard to work with. I they were very good and we were happy with it. They seemed to work very had. They came when they said they were going to and spent all day.

I am very happy - and after the previous experience he gave me hope that there are maybe a few good professionals out there. And I got Dashing Dan's Plumbing and Heating Inc. out of the Pennysaver.

We ended up going with a different plumber. Estimated cost was $600.

Dan did very well with this job. He came out right away and I am talking the very next day he came. He did all the work that was needed and it worked out great. The charge was not much I do not think. I did not have to pay for it because it was all covered by my insurance.

They came twice and they were really good. I called them a third time and they tried to take advantage of me on the price. It was the day before Easter and they said that because it was the day before a holiday, they were going to charge me $750. They said it was so expensive because it would be considered an emergency due to the holiday. I told them that I was not going to pay that much and I sent them away. The worker called back and said that the boss was upset because he knew I was a regular customer. He then said they would do the job for $300. I was disgusted by the fact that they tried to overcharge me by that much. I may end up letting them come back and do the work, but at this point I would say that I would not use them again. I thought they were excellent up until this last job. Hopefully, they will rectify the situation.

They were punctual, courteous, and efficient and thorough. We had leaks in the new washing machine drain pipe and under the sink after they left. They returned the next day and fixed the problem. We haven't had any more leaks since the work was done. I felt they treated my old house as if it were theirs. We were very pleased.

I called this company at 6:45 AM and the men were here by 7:10. The workers were very nice, considerate of my home and belongings, completed the job quickly, and I was charged a fair price for an emergency situation. I would not hesitate to call them again.

WHEN I CALLED THIS COMPANY THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL IMMEDIATELY. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. THE PLUMBER WAS NEAT, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
