Dominick was great! We hired Dom for a buyer's home inspection. Called back the same day within hours. Polite on the phone and patient. He was very thorough and spent about 2.5 hours inspecting a 2800 sq ft house. He was testing the radiator in the middle of summer. He was up and down the ladder going up to the roof. Very knowledgeable, knows the codes, and produced very detailed inspection report accompanied with pictures. In addition to identifying a potential issue, his report also explains the both the cause and potential solutions. We will certain hang on to the report for future reference to keep up the maintenance. Dom spent an hour on the phone afterwards to answer our questions after reviewing the inspection report, he also anticipated some of our questions therefore was a great resource in estimating the cost to address the issues. Again, very patient and did not rush us off the phone and this is after he was already paid. In fact, we will probably have him come back to the house for inspections on regular basis to ensure continued safety and comfort. Competent and reliable, highly recommended!

We chose Dominick after an extensive search online, he had great reviews and we decided to go with him. It was one of the best decisions we have taken in our house purchasing process. Dominick is very thorough, detail oriented, and organized. He is the inspector that will climb the roof and check every spot to make sure he will give you a thorough report. He turns report in a timely manner and is always available to respond to questions before, during and after the inspection. Even the seller's agent said: "this inspector doesn't miss a bit." My husband and I recommend Dominick without any doubt.

Highly recommend these guys. Very professional, 100% equipped to the job, honest, and straightforward. We met with Dominique at our potential future home, he not only pointed out the potential / probable as well as the common issues, but he was very detailed and analytical in sharing the knowledge of what may be common in many homes, and practical about what requires attention ASAP versus some things that may not need to be looked at for a lengthy amount of time. Furthermore, the report was delivered quick, with full details, and he spent time with us on the phone after he was already paid - and answered questions for us in a polite courteous and detailed manner.

I spoke to Dominic and set up a date for our home inspection. He arrived on time and was very thorough in the process. I especially liked the fact that he was very polite and professional in the whole inspection of my home. Dominick was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything and gave a lot of helpful tips along the way. He did not rush through the inspection, was friendly and happy to answer all our questions. I have worked with a few home inspectors in the past and I can say that Dominick was the best- highly recommended.

This review is long overdue. I was going to purchase a home back in October 2017. I called Domenic because I had seen his fantastic reviews here on Angie's list. I told him that I needed an inspection done and he got back to me right away and said he could accommodate me for the day after next. I can't tell you how grateful I am that we chose him. Because his report was so extremely thorough, we decided not to go through with the purchase right before we almost signed contracts!!. He had pointed out so many things that needed repair that we were on the fence anyway. We came to find out that there was no C/o for a finished basement when the sellers said there was. Domenic had advised of a few problems with the basement but we were willing to overlook them because the price was right and we could afford to fix the issues but not with no C/o! He also told us that the roof needed replacing right away and we might have an issue with homeowner's insurance. He was so polite and professional and really took the time to explain things both in person and on his report. We are so grateful that we used his services and will be -hopefully- using them again when we find our new house! Thank you Domenic!!

He was very though and did an excellent job. He went though the whole house and took his time and looked at everything. He gave us a detailed report within a few hours of his visit to the house as well with more then enough information for us to make our decision.

Dominick inspected one home for me. He was on site early, very easy to reach and friendly to speak with. Inspection was very thorough, all possible concerns were pointed out and explained on site, any questions I had were answered. A detailed report was completed and available for me promptly after the inspection. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

Dominick did 2 home inspections for me. He was always on site before me, easily reachable by phone and flexible with his appointments. The inspections were thorough and he took time to talk through his findings. Reports were provided the next day and were easy to understand. Dominick inspected 2 homes for us that we were considering purchasing. Both times he found several issues that would have cost us tens of thousands in repairs and other issues had they not been discovered, causing us to not purchase either property. Not only were we impressed with his thoroughness and diligence in going through the entire property, but so were friends that we shared the reports with. We would absolutely use this company again.

The inspection went great. Dominick was very professional and provided a detailed walk-through with me explaining everything he saw. His report included not only items in need of repair, but a lot of helpful and explanatory information about other areas of the house. I had questions for him regarding the cost of doing upgrades and work on the house myself and he was very helpful with possible labor and costs. He was also able to recount similar situations with other houses and his experiences with that. The report was turned around in less than 24 hours and was quite detailed with a punch list of items to be addressed. The fee was reasonable and I was able to use the Angie's List coupon.

Dominick performed a very thorough and thoughtful house inspection, and took the time to point out and explain a variety of issues to us. He was able to uncover a wide range of very serious issues with the house we were considering buying, including a termite infestation, hidden water damage, plumbing problems, roofing problems, and more. We ended up deciding not to move forward with the purchase of the home, and we really feel like we dodged a bullet. I hate to think of the repair costs we would have been exposed to had we not had Dominick to identify all these hidden issues. Overall, I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions as we went along, and his report (which he got back to us very quickly) was comprehensive, well laid out with plenty of photos, and very informative as to the scope and severity of the individual issues the house presented. And on top of all that, he was able to accommodate us on short notice, showed up right on time, and was reasonably priced. Thank you again, Dominick!

Domonic was able to accommodate an inspection on short notice. He arrived at the property beforehand to have a look and was on site before we arrived with the listing agent. He did a thorough inspection of the property and provided helpful information throughout the inspection. He crawled into small spaces and did not leave any area out. He was methodical and provided a comprehensive report (in a timely manner) after the inspection was complete. I would recommend and would use his services again.

He thoroughly inspected house. Homeowners were there following him around and he was very nice and patient. He actually arrived before us and our realtor. He has answered a couple of follow up questions immediately. I used another inspector in the past and Dominic was much better, provided a more detailed report and was more reasonably priced.

Dominick was very professional and courteous. He was on time and very thorough and happy to explain everything he was looking for to me. He was my third time hiring an inspector in the course of my house hunt, and definitely the best. He examined everything in detail and took lots of pictures and gave me accurate estimates of the cost to repair. He couldn't quite get on the roof because it was extra high (above his 2 story ladder), but he got to the edge of the roof and was able to take photographs and examine the work that way as well as observe. I would definitely use again. He also got the detailed report to me very quickly, and I used it at practically every step of the home buying process.
