Another amazing job by Mike and his crew. I called him a month ago for 2 bay window replacements, he scheduled a same week appointment and could not have been more professional. Mike quote was extremely fair and here we are 4 weeks later, brand new windows. Mikes crew arrived on time and were very neat, often vacuuming throughout the day to ensure the work space was kept clean. The new windows, mill work and carpentry work was A+, if your on the fence about replacing those windows, look no further, Best Built Remodeling/Mike is the way to go. - Lifetime customer of Best Built Remodeling.

We met with three roofing contractors based on customer ratings. After speaking with the third who was Mike from Best Built there was no reason to look further. Not only was the estimate well within range, he took the time to explain exactly what happened to our existing roof and what our options were going forward. Neither of the previous contractors took the time to give the details we learned from Mike. In addition, neither mentioned the best course of action for our house since the roof is mostly flat & if we had gone with their suggestion the roof would likely have issues within 10-15 years. . The day of work the crew (9 total) were prompt & courteous. Mike was also on location but judging from the experienced crew they did not need much guidance. They completed the big job in one full day and left the entire area cleaner then when they started. I am confident in saying that you will not engage with a more knowledgeable and friendly business owner than Mike. There is a reason why all the reviews are 5 star.

Very impressed with Mike Serraâ s professionalism and care about doing the best possible job for the client. His crew are very courteous and are very competent craftsmen. Mike Serra of Best Built Remodeling was the answer to my prayers! I had 3 other contractors provide me with quotes for a re-siding job on my 2-story colonial home before I found Mike. At the end of these meetings, each contractor quickly jotted down a difficult-to-read summary listing the cost for the siding job, and materials. Of these 3 contractors who bid for the job, only one followed up with a phone call, and he gave me the highest quote for the job. Another contractor who bid for the project was found from a Youtube ad. After he left, I checked his reviews on Angieâ s List only to discover his ratings were abysmal. It was then that I read the high ratings for Best Built Remodeling, owned by Mike Serra. Mike would become the 4th contractor bidding for my re-siding project. Mike arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon. He patiently explained every detail of the job and easily answered all my questions. Mike was SO NICE and patient!! At the conclusion of our meeting, he did NOT provide me with a handwritten estimate quickly scribbled out on a sheet of paper. Instead, Mike emailed a 2-page document of his estimate listing the itemized price for each task with a detailed description. The second page also included the price of items I placed on a â wish listâ which he separated from the costs on the main job, allowing me to factor in these expenses and determine if I could remain within my budget. NOTE: when Mike left after our first meeting, I fully expected his bid to be unaffordable because of the detail he provided, and the fact that he included in the project tasks that no one else even addressed. However, to my jubilation, MIKEâ S QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST OF ALL THE ESTIMATES, and I felt very comfortable with him!!! Mike seemed honest, skilled, and he sincerely wanted to ensure I would be happy with the results. Without any hesitation, I gave Best Built Remodeling the job. From this point until the completion of the project, Mike was ALWAYS available to answer any question that came up via text, email, or phone call. And his responses were almost immediate when I reached out to him. The job started on a Monday, and it took 4 days. By Thursday it was done. The men on Mikeâ s crew were polite, friendly, and did exceptional work with great attention to detail. When the job was finished, everything was packed up and the yard cleared of any remaining debris. And best of allâ ¦..my house looks GREAT! If you are looking for a good contractor, go directly to Mike Serra at Best Built Remodeling. You will be very happy with your results.

Mike Serra, the owner of Best Built Remodeling Inc. was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgable, responsive to our requests and suggestions, the best pricing we quoted of 6-7 different businesses and runs his business with customer service at the forefront. His team carefully took our gutters down prior to install, to our request cleaned them to make them look new and reinstalled them upon completion of the job. We are beyond pleased with how the job came out and our home looks completely different. Mike has been in the field for his lifetime, learning the trade from his father and uncle, and continuing their vision of a business model with customer service and pride in craftsmanship. To him "he stands behind his work", and made himself available if there are any flaws, defaults, issues with the siding, offering to come back to make the repairs. I strongly recommend Mike to anyone looking for siding work, and plan on sharing his contact information to family, friends or colleagues that plan on completing siding in the future.

Excellent people. Very courteous. Took great care in their workmanship. Always asked if I was pleased and were ready to adjust/ fix anything. My house looks like a new house. I am extremely satisfied with their work, personality, and their pride in what they do.

Amazing job on siding. Great price, customer service and work. Kept me up to date all the time and started work within a few weeks. They sided our whole house, with gutters, in a day and cleaned up every piece of trash.

We were apprehensive about replacing the cedar clapboard siding and roof on a home we built and have lived in for forty years. We met with a number of contractors. I had Best Built Remodeling replace siding, windows, a front entrance door and build a new portico. This was a relatively large project. Mike and his teams did an excellent job. Through the use of software he helped us visualize options for colors etc, and showed what the final product would look like. I appreciated that Mike was very communicative throughout the project. Mike is very trust worthy and was very focused on making sure we were completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Best Built Remodeling. Mike and his crews were outstanding. I ended up replacing siding and windows with Best Built, and I am extremely pleased with the end results. I had an issue with a back door that another Contractor installed improperly and Mike was able fix the issues with the door. Best Built Remodeling does great work.
