From beginning to end we had a great experience working with Mike from Best Built! He made himself readily available for all questions and concerns and was present for a large part of the project. His crew was prompt and neat, and got our big job (Windows, doors, roof, siding) done ahead of schedule. The finished product looks great! I would highly recommend his services.

Mike was great. Hired him to replace the old wood siding on my house. He responded to our every need, even with questions and follow-up after the job was officially over. (how important is that?) I don't have to tell you. As an added bonus he was able to do stone work on both the out side under the window and coordinated his guys to help complete some stone work on my fire place I had already started !!!! Sold :) lol. He knows the business, provided a competitive price, supervised his installation team and answered all the questions I had. Mike Serra,from Best Built Remodeling, came to our house and we told him what we wanted to do with our home. Mike listened and then went out and checked out the house. When he came back in he explained what he would do, what products they would use, how long it would take and finally the price. My wife Barbara and I talked it over and everything was fine. We notified Mike and he started the project about a week later. True to his word the job was finished on time at the price we agreed on. We now have a beautiful looking house. Mike came out to give me an estimate for siding for my house and I was getting only two estimates Mike's company was the first he showed up on time he listened to what I needed to have to happen, Mike is a real professional and you just get the feeling that you can trust him he gave me his estimate which was in our budget at that point I made my mind up it was going to be Best Built Remodeling. I did tell Mike that I was still going to get a second estimate the following day. The next day I received the second estimate from a large company on long island which had a good presentation but the estimate was 1,800 more than Mike gave me. They said to me they will match his price they should have given me the right estimate in the first place Mike and his crew showed up on time ready to work. Mike showed up throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Did such a great job on my house my next-door neighbor hired him to do his roof. Thank you, Mike, we will see you in the spring to install new windows.
