 + 1 moreJody and his crew are irresponsible and incompetent. In my opinion, they should never be hired for any significant project. He will take your money, work only occasionally without calling about why he doesn't show up and then he has the gall to ask for more money when he does show. He won't show up for days and sometimes weeks. When he does show up he'll make excuses about why he couldn't work. If you do hire him, I'd suggest doing it only for the day and pay him at the end of the day. Buy materials yourself. Don't give him money and expect him to get the right thing. The story is always the same, he underbids everyone and promises he can do everything you ask but can't ever finish the job right or within budget. I hope this saves someone else from making the mistake we did by hiring this guy.
Description of Work: Removed bilco door, installed french door in basement. Installed patio & steps leading up to back yard. Installed drain in patio. Front of house: bluestone extension to driveway, steps and walkway to front door, removed old front stairs (stone and brick), installed new bluestone steps.
