HWS was very responsive from the first contact and their ongoing communication was excellent. I had already obtained a quote from another company, but HWS's was significantly lower. They scheduled the work a reasonable time out and on the day of install arrived on time and did an exceptional job of installing the unit. They cleaned up after themselves nicely and provided me with a detailed run through of usage of the unit. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely hire them again.

Matt arrived right on time, same day as the emergency call (heater was leaking). It turned out to be slightly more complicated than thought because getting the older unit out was difficult and he was extremely professional and made it work. The entire replacement was done well and the amount paid was exactly as he said even though he had to rearrange the plumbing to make the new unit (slightly taller than the older one) fit. I would definitely consider using him again for future issues.

everything went great. steve always does a great job...he's pretty busy and it is not always easy to pin him down to a date....but once you do...he is there, on time, ready to go....i've never had to call him in a real emergency....but he has helped clear up ;problems over the phone.....i would recommend him in a heartbeat...............

When I turned on the water for the season, a significant leak appeared. A pipe had not been properly drained for the winter and had burst. It was a Saturday. After two failed attempts to get other plumbers on the weekend, I contacted Hot Water Solutions which I found online. Steve answered and said he could come right over. He fixed the problem and departed. 30 minutes later, I realized there was another small spray leak. I called him up and he said he would turn right around and come again. This required quite a bit of gymnastics to get at the pipe, but he did it. I was utterly amazed at the responsiveness and professionalism, and I felt the price was a bargain.

My mother-in-law fell backwards onto the toilet, cracking the tank, which resulted in flooding. I called Matt at 9am on that Saturday. He was near a store and was able to pick up a toilet and handicap rails - was done by noon! He didn't charge any emergency or weekend fees and the total was very reasonable.
