My father began teaching me the profession at a very young age, I like Helping & Dealing with others. Especially like going the extra mile to make others feel great about our services!. I love working in a friendly, respectful, reasonable environment! We do not take advantage of any customer & like to be treated in the same manor. Our certified company name speaks for our actions! How does it make you feel that our company gives you 110% every time you deal with us! and knowing/feeling like you received everything you paid for!
"I got 3 quotes to have the decking and railings replaced with composite, on my old large two level original deck and have the two sets of steps completely replaced. Phil's quote was the lowest and included substantial repair of the original deck before installing the composite. The other two quotes said the original deck was good enough (which it wasn't). Craftsman's team did an excellent job and I ended up with a much better deck than what the other two contractors would have provided. My only complaint with Craftsman is the excessive amount of time that elapsed from when I signed the contract (May, expecting the deck be completed in July) to when the job actually was started (Dec., and finished early Jan.) and with the lack of accurate reasons for the delays. I strongly suggest you include in the contract the agreed to completion date required for the job to be done. Bottom Line: I would definitely use Phil again due to his very competitive pricing, knowledge, and excellent craftmanship. I would also insure that the required completion date is specified in the contract, with options if not met."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DECK BUILDERS OR AL LONGO!!! Al Longo of Deck builders, built my deck and l have had problems with the construction for over a year. The deck has a lifetime warranty on construction and the footers were improperly installed and the west side of the deck has slowly been sinking making the deck very unlevel. My first attempts to get a hold of Al went unanswered for months. It wasn’t till the Better Business Bureau got a hold of him that he returned my text. He said he would be out to fix it but that was almost 7 months ago and now nothing but crickets. Please do not do business with this company because when you do have an issue they will not respond to it."
