It was perfect. Mr. Nargizian is a gentleman of the old school. He arrives promptly, is extremely courteous and gracious, and prices his services fairly. He has cared for my oriental rugs for years, and I could not be more pleased. I always recommend him highly.

He offered two options with regard to the fringe, and gave me an estimate for each one. I made my choice, agreeing to the price quote, and he proceeded with the work. The repaired and washed rug was returned to my home within the specified time frame. I have been using Mr. Nargizian's service to maintain my Oriental rugs for many years, and have referred friends to him for this type of work because I am so pleased with the level of his service and his courteous manner. I will continue to call upon him to maintain the rugs in my home because of the quality of his work, the fairness of his prices and his reliability.
