They were very good and very responsive. They had to come back one time, and they were very prompt in coming out to fix it up for us. We found their service to be excellent. They were very clean and neat and they cleaned up the area afterwards; everything was fine. They are a GAS certified contractor, so there is a lifetime warrantee on the roof.

It is an understatement to say we are frustrated and disappointed with this company. We called them in January for an estimate about a small leak repair on our roof. Mike came and was fine but then we never heard from them. We called back twice to get even the estimate. He finally got back to us with a vague estimate and excuse. Then, they never came to do the work (they were to come on a lighter day in the next few weeks as the job was not huge). It is now April and we called again. They had no record of us and Mike did not even have the courtesy to call back again. I have never been treated like this. We are new to the area and although this was a small job, we are always looking for good people as we will need a new roof in a few years. They lost our business and I also felt a true lack of any concern and organization.

It was the first time I had used them. It went very well. I would use them again. They were at the upper end of the price scale but you get what you pay for.

After a leak developed in my roof, I contacted Garden City Aluminum again to repair it. They were very helpful, and they were able to do high quality work. I would definitely use them again.

While having other jobs completed by Garden City Aluminum, they also installed new windows in my house. I was surprised at the number of people they had working to finish the task quickly, and everyone was very professional.

I had just a bad experience with them. I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them. They do not follow through with anything at all. They do not give contracts or warranties either. Also, they do not do what they say they are going to do. I would give them the lowest marks. The pricing I guess was competitive as I got other bids and they seemed to have a good bid.

LOCAL COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE COMPANY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
