The service was prompt and the work was done with a keen attention to detail. The price was very fair, and the price I was quoted over the phone was the same price I was quoted at the door. I wish that they provided more services than locksmithing, because they were a pleasure to work with. Highly reccomended.

Mitch was readily available to field questions every time I called. He came to assess and fix our lock problems quickly. He also directed me toward a quality line of locks to replace the old hardware on our door that was just as nice looking as other more expensive brands. He was prompt and on time. He said he would be here early Sunday and he was. My time is very important to me. Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. One may think why I would state that because service techs should be both knowlegeable and professional but alot of the times this isn't true. He was neat and cleaned behind himself. He filed the lock to make sure the lock was working smoothly.
