My new storm door was improperly installed. The repairman fixed it perfectly. I only wish that I thought of using this service before I hired the incompetent installer.

Mitch was very thorough in assuring his measurements were accurate prior to ordering materials. He was very knowledgeable on code requirements. As both jobs I used him for were on older buildings I was impressed with how he worked around obstacles to deliver a quality door.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and quality work. I work for a maintenance company so I deal with all sorts of technician. Mitch definitely a rare breed because he takes the time to explain the best way to fix something. I can't recommend him enough. He's already serviced two retail locations and one in an office building.

I Like The Response Time , came over the same day and looked at the job and was ahead of time...Submitted the cost to the village and was awarded the Job. The entry door to our day care center did not close and lock properly and posed a safety risk to our children and staff. Within 20 minutes of doing a search through Home Advisor I was contacted by Mitch. He came to the center that day, identified and explained the problem immediately and how he would repair it. He arrived on the day and time he said he would, was very meticulous and cleaned up throroughly after himself. We also had him change the existing poor quality lock to a heavy duty lock . The door has been working beautifully and has made all of our families very happy!!

The response time was first excellent--about 20 minutes.The work was carried out as I requested. No pressure to do extra work, No pressure no upgrade the lock. The locksmith even took the trouble to open up the hole where the dead bolt fits into the frame of the door. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend this locksmith. A+

Mitchell came and gave an estimate late Saturday afternoon and came right on time Sunday morning. He did a good j0b and cleaned up afterward. He had to remove a lock on a jammed door and replace it. The door was very old and out of line so it wasn't an easy job. It works well now and the door is aligned.
