Everything about this project was excellently done. The job turned out to be more complicated than what I was able to describe on the phone. Mitchell quickly reassessed the problem, and completed the installation of new door hardware. It was done professionally, cleanly and in good time. He explained what was required and why and made us feel very comfortable about having him in our home. In fact, he was so interesting to talk to, we hated to see him go. We would call him again with any locksmith problem.

Came on time for appointment to access the job to replace double locks on two entrance doors. Arranged to return within a day to replace locks. Mitch was expected to come by 9:30am. He called to inform me he would be late because he was detained on another job. He got to me within an hour. Very courteous and pleasant gentleman.
