They had a 5 day bathroom promise, and they ended up doing the job in 4 days. I thought that was really amazing. We have used someone else in the past and it took them about a month to complete the job. We are very satisfied with the job they performed. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. They cleaned up after they were done. I asked a bunch of questions and they were very responsive. They were a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The person that initially came out to demonstrate the windows that they had was very professional, courteous and friendly. He showed me the product and explained everything about the product. When I went to their actual place of business they were again, very kind, courteous, friendly, and open. They helped me, showed me around, and took time for me, which is very good. It was kind of expensive so it took a little time for me to get all the cash together. They cleaned everything up including outside the house. They took the windows apart, packed it in the truck, and came back the next day to re-cap the windows on the outside and seal every thing. When they originally came out the put installation and caulked around the windows on the inside and outside. Everything looks very nice. He did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. Everything was left clean and neat. He was careful and took his time; he did a good job. The price was kind of high to me.

They were very good all the way around. They were very helpful and did quality work. The price was a good market value price. I would recommend them and used them again.
