Rufino was punctual, professional and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

He showed up for the inspection right when he said he would but was a few minutes late on the work day. Not a big deal though. Took him about two hours to complete the work which was what he estimated at the inspection. The price was reasonable and the door works like new. He even installed a second closer at the top of the door. Hopefully that helps prevent the wind from damaging the door again. He was very courteous and respectful even with my dog growling and barking while he was there. Sorry about that!

After about an hour of not showing up I called to see where they were. I was told 'Oh sorry, I have to pick someone up at the airport'. Really?! I took the day off from work for nothing. I called another handyman who came over the next day and completed all of the jobs. If you say you're going to show up, show up! Can't recommend this company at all.

New Valve was installed but Flusher wasn't because I bought the wrong Flusher.

He arrived 10 minutes early, with an assistant, Robert. The work was done in an hour, and the price was as quoted. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

All went very well. Rufino had done work for me in the past, which was much more involved (shelving etc). His work is very good, not shoddy but carefully and professionally completed. He is polite and professional at all times.

They did an excellent job. The work quality was great and they made sure to take care of each area I pointed out. Even a few random holes in had in a few walls. They came on time and performed the work in the time frame that was specified. The also cleaned up well after the job.

It went fine but there was a conflict in the detail of the deal, see below from deal e-mail, and the work provided. Deal said 2 hours of handyman service, the contractor came with an assistant and said the deal is for 1 hour of work with 2 workers. So they did a bit over 1 hour of work! They did a great job. There was one piece missing from the kit; they told me which piece it was and how to assemble the final part once the replacement arrived.

It was perfect done and in less than 3 hours.
