Our prior electrical service line had deteriorated and water would leak through it into the main electrical panel during heavy rainfall. Rafael did a great job replacing the service line. Very professional workmanship at reasonable prices. I would hire him again for any electrical needs.

Rafael worked really hard to resolve my problem. One of my bedrooms lost power and he traced the problem to the attic and made the necessary repair. He was prompt and neat. I will use BNA Electric in the future.

Rafael was easy and flexible to arrange time to come as I’m busy, which I appreciated. He changed out a few light switches, and diagnosed and fixed a damaged circuit. He had to return to diagnose subsequent tripping, and found an older bathroom fan that was causing it; very grateful as it could have caused a possible fire! Also found a switch to the attic we didn’t even know about...great! He did a wonderful job and I’d be happy to have him back!

Rafael did amazing work on our house. As part of a complete home renovation, we had very complex needs from re-wiring entire rooms, installing new light fixtures and adding / repairing electrical outlets. Rafael and his team performed all tasks to spec and also contributed some very useful ideas / suggestions. Notably, he was a pleasure to interact with as he is professional, courteous, down to earth and transparent. His rates were also very reasonable and work timely. Rafael did the work neatly and cleaned up completely. He recommended new fixtures to replace antiquated recessed lights in our kitchen, did research and ordered the new lights, was polite and easy to work with and very communicative. He's got great ideas and is always looking for ways to be helpful. A pleasure to work with!

We are extremely satisfied! Recently we had to call him back to do some additional list of small items. He willingly came and did all that he could. Where I needed to replace a couple of fixtures he said he’ll take care to supply the correct items (dimmable recess LED and fluorescent lights). I am so thankful I got his name “whispered” to my ear! It’s sooo hard to find an Excellent electrician, let alone one who is a delight to work with.
Description of Work: The owner of the company, Rafael, did the electric aspect of a whole house renovation. The house is all electric (no gas available). He replaced 95%+ of the wiring, added many (30+) recess lights, replaced recess lights, added lines and boxes for fans, and hung a bunch of fans; replaced all the circuit breakers, replaced all the baseboard heaters. He worked hand in hand with the kitchen renovation contractor to relocate supplies for the various appliances, and create modern lighting and hidden plugs. He worked hand in hand with another contractor to electrify a new system of mini split air conditioners (2 compressors and 5 indoor units in two floors). He added and replaced light fixtures. He added and as necessary replaced exterior lights and plugs that were not functioning. He added and replaced all the indoor switches, many with smart dimmers. He installed 2 Lurton ‘smart’ lighting controls incorporating 5 different lines each into one control ‘box’ with predetermined scenes, dimming and fading for kitchen/dining and a second one for the master bedroom/bath; he added and replaced fans in all bathrooms. He also hung multiple chandeliers for us. Whatever we asked for he willingly did, as long as it was in compliance with safety rules and Code.
