 + -1 moreI still haven't heard from him (4 days later).
Description of Work: I called and left a message for him to give me an estimate. He returned my call and set up an appointment for 9/12/13 at noon. He never showed up, he never called be back, he will never do any work on my property.

snow removal
 + -1 moreWe have the largest driveway around and I sometimes feel like Total Landscape does us last. He does good work when he gets here, but if you have to get out and he is out plowing you can't get a hold of him.
