Communication was timely and thorough. The persons working at my home were professional and cordial. All of my questions were answered and the conversations were easy. Appointments were kept and on-time. I'm not sure what else I could ask for, I do plan to utilize this business again.

Description of Work: Excel was incredible. They did the job as promised, on time and budget. They cleaned up after the project and were friendly and responsible. Incredibly, they were highly responsive to my questions and concerns during/after the job was done and they had been paid. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. I have to say I have worked with several contractors, and I have never been as impressed and satisfied with any as I am with Excel. I recommend them with no qualification.

EXCELLENT on ALL accounts. Very professional. Super happy. Highly recommend them. I was looking for an electrician in Albany to install a ceiling fan as a gift to my daughter who had moved there. Excel Electrical Systems will be her go to for any future electrical work. Excellent communication upfront (by Silas Mieses) and day of service, excellent (and best) price quote, service available on weekend. Can't praise them enough- they gave an all inclusive quote. All 3 other electricians required a week day in-home estimate visit and were at a minimum twice as expensive. Mind boggling. Thank you Excel Electrical- you are a real find.
