The service was fantastic. Very maticulous and very happy. I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

I called this company the week of June 30 to schedule a cleaning for an apartment that I rent out. My tenant was leaving and I wanted it cleaned for my new tenant. I spoke to Ula who was very nice and she booked a cleaning for the next week. Since I don’t live in the house, I had to explain to Ula where I would be hiding the key. She was then going to communicate the information to her staff. Ula's quote covered 2 hours of cleaning by 2 staff members and was very reasonable. I opted to use her cleaning supplies. I’m happy to say that the apartment was cleaned perfectly and there were no problems finding the key or accessing the apartment. What I really liked is that Ula bills for her services. This was very important to me especially since I don’t live in the house and wasn’t able to be there to pay cash. I would definitely use this cleaning service again!

Had them come and clean the house before we moved in. Two women, 5 hours each. They did a fairly good job and were extremely nice. Only complaint would be the first thing I asked them to do was clean inside the kitchen cabinets and after inspecting them after the women left I discovered they were still dirty and sticky. It was like they didn't even open a few of them. Overall the house was a lot cleaner than before they got there and they brought all of their own cleaning products.

Overall it went well. I have a 5 bedroom 2 full, 2 half bath home with a finished basement. The 2 that showed up worked real hard for the 2 hours they were in my home. Though missed cleaning under my couch which I specifically asked them to do. Though I think the reason for this is that they were booked for 3 hours and spent the majority to the time cleaning the bathrooms, basement and bedrooms. That when they finally got down to the kitchen main living area they didn't have as much time to do this and from what I saw as I was there rushed to finish and get out. Also if you choose to use your own products, which we did they charge 5 dollars extra per hour to use their own. They will show up with absolutely nothing at all to clean your home. When I say nothing I mean nothing. Not even a rag !! I had to provide them with 2 rolls of paper towels and a bucket to mop the floor. No vacuum either. Make's me think that if I didn't have paper towels to the amount I did I don't know if they would have been able to clean my home. Again overall it was a good experience, though I would think that for $50 per hour for 2 people the team would show up with some equipment to do the job.

They were very good. We had an excellent experience with them. They did a good job. They did exactly what we needed them to do. It was great. I had to adjust the time a little bit, but they were accommodating for that. They came out on a short notice. They worked pretty quickly. There was two of them and they had three hours to do the whole house and they managed to do the whole thing. It was well-done and a good quality of work.

I purchased the deal a week ago and haven't heard from the provider. I called and was unable to leave a message because their voice mailbox was full.

Out of her area, was very pleasant and cooperative to help.

I have had the girls coming since February after i had surgery. It was nice to come home and the house be spotless. I'm so happy with the job they do. They are very efficient, hard working,friendly,professional. My husband was uneasy about having strangers come in and clean. Now i think deep down he is as happy as I am to get the help. I would definitely reccomend the service to others.

I think they did an "okay" job. They weren't as thorough as we would have liked but they didn't do a horrible job. They worked for three hours.

Ursula was very helpful in sending two cleaning girls Carlita and Kenia. (Don't know if the spelling is correct). Both are very sweet and are doing a great job. They've been to me three times now and I'm very happy.

Overall, their services were very good.

the girls were on time and worked right thruogh taking no breaks - they were very polite and professional and knew exactly what to do - i was provided with a list of cleaning supplies to get for the girls in advance and they went right to work - I had 2 girls for 10 hours (5 hours each) and the next day another girl returned to finish the job an additional 4 hours - Ula provided next day service which i desperately needed and made sure the job was done by Wednesday as I had requested - I could never have gotten it done in time by myself and would definitely hire them again - Ula I can't thank you enough!

They were on time, polite, complete. I would use them again.

Two pleasant young woman showed up 1 1/2 hours late. They promptly got to work and did not stop for one second untillthey finished 4 1/2 hours later. They did an excellent job. Very detailed. I don't think they missed a thing. I have 6 rooms and 2 full baths, and the house needed more than a "dust & Vac". I had gotten the companies name from ANGIE'S LIST. A deal: $140.00 for 6 hours of cleaning. In reality that is 3 hours of cleaning by TWO workers. The girls needed an extra hour to finish the job. That calculates to TWO hours at $xx.xx/hr. additional.

The 2 women were prompt, hardworking, and respectful. I told them to start in the kitchen and bathroom and that is was very important to have the floor really clean. They did a wonderful job in the kitchen taking the stove top apart and wiping down all the cabinets. In the bathroom they also wiped down all the tiled walls.

I was very satisfied with their work. I will definitely recommend their services and absolutely plan on using them again.

I called Ula because of her excellent ratings on Angie's List. I had had a cleaning lady for 25 years, but she returned to her home country. Ula sent two women to clean the house. As much as I miss my friend of many years, I must say Ula's women found places to clean that hadn't been touched. They moved furniture, cleaned the chandalier, dusted the picture frames, etc. They were pleasant and really did a great job. What more can I say? Most cleaning services send men but I honestly prefer to have women. They changed my linens which most cleaning services don't do. Finally, you can always reach Ula on her cell. If an issue comes up when the help is there (it didn't) she is there to speak to.

The service turned out well and I have no complaints.

Ula's team of two went from the top of my house to the bottom and left everything sparkly clean!

It was great. I paid more than the "Big Deal" because I had to purchase the cleaning supplies. They were good. They cleaned well. They did a very good job.

OK--good enough to want to try again. Cleaned a really dirty house well. Girls 20 min. late. Were suppose to bring cleaning supplies but didn't. Hampered cleaning a little. Stopped working 10 min early--I didn't appreciate that or the argument I got from one of the girls over it. But I would try again because Ursala got these cleaners to my house quickly, it was really dirty, they did a good job, and rearranged some things/furniture/etc. in a way they thought made the space better and my parents liked it. In the future, I will look for timeliness and a continued good job which I think the cleaners can do.

But the girls worked very h****** the completed areas.
