Not well. The appointment was set for 8:15 and they arrived at 8:40. They finished at 11:20. Which is why I don't need six hours. It was the same two women who were here the two previous times so they knew me and the house. When they left they did not do a once over if they had they would have noticed that the carpets were left rolled up, the shower curtain flung up over the bar and several garbage pails did not have new bags in them. They also did not have all of their cleaning products which I had paid for so they used mine. It may not seem like much but when you are paying them $30 an hour each you should expect more. In the past I had tipped them and it seems they were looking for that today but today they did not deserve it. Don't get me wrong they did a good job but not as good in the past.

They did a great job. They came on time. Two people spent 3 hours each cleaning. I would use them again and recommend their service.

They were super responsive and professional. HOWEVER, the oven was not thoroughly cleaned (even though I instructed them to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms) and they did not go the extra mile with simple things they could have put away (I had a makeup case out with lipsticks and stuff on the dresser) and it was in the same exact position. They could have just put that stuff in the case in two seconds being that they were cleaning for three hours. I'm rating them a "good" however. The price was a bit expensive and I guess I was expecting a little more. That being said, they are nice, polite and responsive. Also, they were five minutes late.

Workers were punctual and very thorough and I would use them again

This is the first time I've used a cleaning service. With lost of illness in the family and moving another family member into the home, things hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. I wasn't going to get it done before the mother-in-law made her visit. I ordered 6 hours of cleaning. Ula sent 2 girls - for 3 hours. Before they came I removed all of the glassware, knick-nacks etc. that would slow them down and make it more challenging to clean around. I also determined what my cleaning priorities were for them and had all of the right cleaning supplies on hand. The two ladies arrived on time, I reviewed what I wanted and they went to work. If they had questions, they asked. They did a great job. 3 hours later they had cleaned everything I had requested...in the kitchen I just asked for the floors and front of the cabinets to be cleaned...they even cleaned the inside of the microware and the stovetop. What a huge relief. All that was left for me to do before the visit was put out new towels in the bathroom and put fresh flowers on the kitchen table. Would totally recommend them to anyone.

Two young ladies arrived on time and first thing they asked was for a vacuum and cleaning supplies. I had both lucky for me since they did not bring any supplies with them. I called their contact phone and questioned this as it did not say ANYTHING in the details. The girls did a very good job and I will hire them back. I see their new advertisement and in the details it does state Cleaning Supplies Included.

Excellent! Two ladies came. They were very polite, hardworking and professional.

I bought the deal, spoke to Ula. She asked if we had supplies and I said No to be on the safe side. She charged 30.00 for supplies but I thought this was already included. I don't like how this was done and don't plan on using them again. I was in a pinch that day but I still don't care for it.

They came 15 minutes late, but were fantastic. I texted Ula that they were tardy and even though it was 7am, she texted me immediately that she would get in touch with the cleaners. Of course, they walked in my backyard as soon as the text was sent. They did a very thorough job and were very friendly. I supplied the cleaning supplies to mitigate the cost, but I thought the offer I purchased via Angies List was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again! Great job, Ula and THANK YOU!!

They were decent. I thought they were going to bring their own cleaning materials and vacuum cleaners but they didn't. They never followed up. They never asked if I wanted them to come back. They cleaned decently.

Ula is very responsive. Called on Friday, two hard-working ladies showed up Sunday morning. Very meticulous. Great quality work. I highly recommend.

They were very thorough. They listened very well to what we wanted. I plan to have them perform a bi-weekly cleaning. I would recommend their service.

This was a big deal purchase. She was not good and it wasn't worth it. I had ceramic floors and after she cleaned it, it was all sticky. When I called them back, she did come back and said to redo it. They didn't do a great job. It was difficult to schedule. It took a couple of days. There were additional charges. It ended up being more.

It went very well. They pretty much did a complete job. My home smelled good and shined. Amazing what two women can do in two and a half hours. The only thing that wasn't done were the 3 ceiling fans in my home. My issue bc I didn't check All in all I am happy with the job done

The girls were polite, worked throughout the entire three hours, but after they left I found that I had to re-clean myself anyway.

This was our second experience with this company. The first time we used them, the team was great and cleaned our house beautifully. This time, there were three women who were not very friendly (which isn't a requirement to clean well, I know). When my husband and I moved upstairs, so the team could clean downstairs, we noticed that the team hadn't actually moved things on the dressers or desk to dust. They just dusted around the objects, so there were dust lines. The floor was vacuumed but not well. We have a dog and she sheds a lot, however the first time, the team vacuumed really well. Finally, when my husband showed the ladies out, he gave them the same tip he would have given if the house were spotless and apparently, it wasn't enough for the ladies, who kept their hand out for more!!! I should point out that they are not entitled to a tip, it's completely at our discretion and we paid a lot for the housecleaning. Had I known what the reaction would be, I would not have tipped them at all. I received an email from Ursula asking how the services were and I gave her this same feedback. The response was just that they would make a note in our file to not send this cleaning crew again. I don't really know what I was expecting but this response didn't feel like enough to keep my business. PROS: Making the appointment was really easy. The person booking them was super responsive and personable. CONS: The actual cleaning (the part that matters most) was below average, as was the handling of the feedback.

The house was cleaned nicely and they were very courteous and professional.

First, I was late, which I think irritated the two girls who were waiting for me. I apologized, and they began to work. I only got a 3 hr coupon, and they let me know that they did not believe that they would be able to finish the house within that time. I thought this was going to be a disaster and a waste of time. HOWEVER, they did an AMAZING job with the house. They were not even able to finish some of the rooms, and it was still the CLEANIST my house has ever been. I'm so glad they cleaned my house professionally and with care, despite being visibly irritated with me initially. It's a bit out of my price point to have on a regular basis, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will certainly request their services again.

One of the cleaning crew questioned the final payment. I called Ursula and we went over the amount and it was resolved immediately.
