Description of Work: Cleaned a house I had done a rehab on.

Description of Work: The experience did not go well. We were promised a morning appointment and first thing in morning we get call that they can't come til late afternoon. The crew that came refused to take off their shoes when we asked them politely. The man that came was quite rude. They started doing things without even listening to clear instructions and the crew that came did not understand English. Ula was very nice and easy to deal with over the phone but unfortunately the crew she sent was disappointing and we had to cancel the cleaning.

Description of Work: From top to bottom they cleaned up our entire house which included four bedrooms and office the kitchen dining room and a den. They also cleaned our basement in the gym which looked like it had a brand-new floor after they had been there. With three kids and a dog, they have their work cut out for them and they did a great job. We have hired them to come every two weeks.

Description of Work: I was pleasantly surprised. I received a call advising that the cleaning ladies were on their way. They arrived on time. After a quick tour through the house - the ladies collected the cleaning supplies/tools and went about their business professionally. The house was cleaned from top to bottom and was spotless when they left. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They performed both a move-in clean at my new house and a move-out clean at my Apt. Very professional, friendly, attention to detail, and fast! I am so happy to have found such a great company and will continue to use them for regular cleans. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a detailed clean from a company you can rely on.

Description of Work: I booked a 6 hour cleaning sermvice before I moved into my house. I was 8 months pregnant and could not do much so this seemed like a worthy expense at the time. I completey understood that this was a big job because the house is very old and had been empty but still felt there was a lot of room for improvement. First I scheduled the appointment for noon. Then I got a call that the girls could come earlier as their job was over sooner than expected. I agreed to come to the house sooner (45 min drive from where I was moving from) thinking it'd be great to get this done sooner. I drove the 45 minutes and when I arrived got another call that the girls weren't coming early but instead would now be coming 3 hours after I had originally booked! Now I was out there and wasting my whole day waiting. Given that we were moving, we had a very tight schedule and this totally threw us off and was a huge inconvenience. the job itself was sub par. They wasted a lot imof time on nonsense things - ie they cleaned the crawl space for some reason and left the kitchen until last when they ran out of time ( probably a gimmic to get me to pay for more time). Even areas they did clean were poorly done (they mopped hallway floor but there was still so much dirt after they were done). I was really really unhappy overall especially because I felt taken advantage of since I was so pregnant and could not supervise their every move.

Description of Work: Ursla comes to the house so she may give an accurate quote, knows her stuff, pleasant lady. Her staff does a nice job cleaning my home. Always on time, quiet, very professional,they know what to do and do it. Have been using Ula for about 6 months and will continue to do so

Description of Work: They did very good job.The upstairs bathroom needs a good cleaning which they did. They 6 hours to do upstairs and downstairs- I wish they would have divided they time equally- they kind of rushed through the kitchen only leaving an hour to do the downstairs. This is a minor complaint because they really did a through job. I will definitely hire them again... I hope to get the same 2 women.
