What a refreshing change is has been to deal with Housecleaning by Ula. Fast response, advanced estimate of services, punctual arrivals and AMAZINGLY hardworking cleaning crew. In all, a terrific experience with dedicated professionals. I wholeheartedly recommend Housecleaning by Ula!

We used Ula's cleaning service today for the first time. The cleaning team arrive promptly, they cleaned up the house from top to bottom and did exactly what we asked for. The price was great. We had agreed to 8 hours total with to staff members, it took the team less time than expected and Ula adjusted the price to reflect that right away and called us to let us know before we paid. I am extremely happy with the over all cleaning as well as the great customer service will use them again for sure.

There was an option to choose 2 people for 3 hours which I did. It went very well. So well that I hired them for regular housecleaning after that!

They did a great job. The house looks terrific and they respond very well to requests for specific things I want done.

Arrived on time, went right to work cleaning and polishing. Very efficient. scrubbed house from top to bottom.Will use them again in future. Price is excellent.

They were very pleasant. They came in and didn't stop, they did what they came for. They were very punctual too.

Their cleaning is average. They lady I talk to on the phone when I call to schedule an appointment is very nice. The girls they send out to clean the house appear to be younger and I am not sure that they are very dedicated to cleaning.

I bought a great deal for Housecleaning by Ula through Angie's List based on her reviews, and i am VERY glad I did. I have already booked my next cleaning! Ursula called me shortly after I bought the deal and made an appointment to visit my house. She came by and walked through the rooms to be cleaned and gave me a list of items that I needed to have on hand (very useful!) She was very pleasant and efficient. The team was a little early (always appreciated). They were very professional and THOROUGH. Ursula effectively conveyed to them what I wanted done and my house has never been cleaner! They did not leave a single speck of dust or dog hair (and there was a lot of that as I have two large dogs). I highly recommend this company.

Ursula conducted visit and provided estimate of services according to my preferences. Paula and Kelly have been cleaning my home since May. They thoroughly clean exactly the areas I specify with the products I prefer them to use. They let me know when I've run out of supplies. And return cleaning utencils to their respective storage areas. Ursula and team are polite and considerate; always accommodating my need to change service dates and times. Very professional personalized service. :)

She is really good. I think that she is expensive, but she is good.

Ursula was terrific and very response. I was having guests, and my house was a mess, so I called looking for last minute cleaning services. She called me right back. Even though I needed a significant cleaning, she squeezed in my job the next day. No other service could do that. Her cleaners (2 women) came and did an excellent and thorough job. Price was the same as other cleaning services, except that her cleaners did not bring their own supplies. In any case, I prefer to use eco-friendly supplies, so I am happy to have cleaners use mine. I highly recommend this service for its professionalism and willingness to accommodate special requests.

There was no chemistry. They got here late. She spent too much time in one area that did not need to be cleaned. She missed some rooms to clean. The service was just mediocre.

I was very happy with House Cleaning by Ula. There prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

We are very satisfied with her cleaning. I trust her to be in my home and have never had any problems. They have a key and make the cleaning easy. My wife and I can come to a clean home without worry.

I spoke with Ursuala the owner on Monday and set up a time for her to come give me an estimate on that Thursday. She came and I explained what I wanted and we set up a time for her employees to come that Saturday. We discussed them staying for a timeframe of 3-4 hours depending on how long it too for them to get through my house. I wanted the cleaners to be able to work as quickly as possible so I did tidy up prior to them arriving and had all cleaning products ready to go for them. They came in and got right to work. They stayed for 3 hours. They did above and beyond what I had asked for. They wiped down doors and molding. Anything they were able to move to clean around they did - no shortcuts. They were completely thorough and my house was immaculate when they left. Additionally, they were very nice but kept to themselves and did what they were there to do. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect job from A to Z. I leave them the cash on the kitchen table early in the morning, and when I come back home at the end of the day the house is great. The few times I forgot to leave them the money, I just payed later with the credit card without a problem or headache.

They do a great job. They are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
