Description of Work: Two women cleaned my dad's house without stopping for four hours. They are very hard workers. They even cleaned light fixtures and window screens. I was very impressed with this cleaning service!

Description of Work: Had deep cleaning done. Two women showed up, one spoke Polish, the other Spanish so right off there was a language issue. They worked hard and did a thorough job on what the worked on but missed quite a bit. We had to finish the job before having an open house. We were also told they would be back every two weeks while we tried to sell the house. Two weeks later they were a no show. Not too pleased with the way this turned out.

Description of Work: We haven't had service from them, but we're very disappointed. We understand that mistakes happen, but after many phone calls back and forth, we settled on a day for two ladies to come. After re-arranging our day, and no phone call or response to text (I knew text worked, because Ursula had confirmed the night before with address) and they were 20 mins late, I called again. Ursula answered and said that there was confusion in having someone come for a consult vs clean. However- no one even showed up for a consult. (I'm still not sure how the confusion happened after we confirmed the evening before). We understand that this was not a typical service day for them- however, do not promise a service that you aren't able to provide. We would have been much more satisfied if she would have just said "we can't do it." We would have found another date or looked elsewhere. Which is what we will do now.

Description of Work: I spoke to Ula on 8/9/12 to set up an estimate for the house I am moving into. I told her it would have to be the following Saturday or Wednesday. She told me she would call me on the 10th to see if she would be able to come over on saturday. She never called.

Description of Work: Two girls came within 15 minutes of the scheduled time to clean the 2-story house thoroughly. The did an excellent job in 3 1/2 hours. They vacuumed, dusted, washed windowsills & inside of windows (the house has very many windows), damp mopped wood floors, cleaned two baths & dressing room. They went behind furniture and in hidden corners. Everything was spic and span. They were polite and professional. I will use them again. I got a special deal on the price. Not sure what the regular price is. I called at the last minute and they were able to help me.
