ceramic tile, flooring contractor
 + 0 moreTheir worker came in with their equipment and came across my wood living room floors to get to the kitchen. They somehow spilled some of the solution in spots on the wood floors, and especially a lot on the wood saddle separating the kitchen and dining room. I told them and they said it will not stain, if any problem, let them know. Well it did stain. After contacting Mr. Harrison, after numerous phone calls between us (me having to make ALL of them), he sent the men back to try to rectify the stains that were left. I was told this "never happened before" which I find hard to believe. They came (I was not here, my wife was), sanded and polyurethaned the saddle, but to my wife said the spot stains leading from my front door to the area cleaned "could not of been left by them". I called back Mr. Harrison, and he was totally uncooperative, saying I did not stress to him about the spots on the floor and basically said we are not doing anything more-too bad.
