They performed sloppy and unprofessional work. They left dirty broken tiles the floors, corners, areas under the appliances remained dirty from sewer water. Two of the three drying machines were not working I asked them to return to complete the job and again the mess that they left behind confirmed that this was outside of their capability. I regret that I did not call Servpro.

It turned out very well! They did an excellent job. They got out dirt that I did 't think was possible.

I made a complaint about noise and received a prompt, courteous and very nice call from the President. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would use and recommend these folks. They take customer service ( and cranky neighbor) very seriously. Thank you

We decided after to have the tile done in the kitchen and dining room. We had used another company previously. Tim's work was superior and the price was right. We will be using him again.
