Description of Work: I added an extension on the back of my house. The entire staff of Shells Only was a pleasure to deal with, from the planners,the construction crew and the office staff. They met and exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend Shells Only for anyone looking for contractors for home improvements.

The office staff were amazing .Everyday I received phone calls updating me on scheduling etc. The supervisor was at my home at least once up to three times a days. Outstanding! Their prices were a little higher vs. other estimated I had received on certain aspects of the job.
Description of Work: Room addition/new windows/roofing/siding/bathroom addition/redid a current bathroom/basement stands were moved and a bedroom was removed.

We are very proud of our new home and could not have had a better experience with Shells Only. We are about to start a new building project, worth over 1.million in construction cost. They completed the shell, installed all new windows, new roof, re-sided the entire house, also installed a new roof on my garage and completed the covered porch. I have lost count as to how many compliments I received from neighbors and just people driving by. The job came out beautiful and it was completed in a timely and professional manner. My biggest mistake was not hiring Shells Only to complete all the interior work on the entire house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHELLS ONLY.
