It all went well. Chris arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do before he even dragged all his equipment inside the house. He looked the couch over thoroughly at first and explained there were some spots he would do his best to remove but could not guarantee it . In the end he did remove many of the stubborn stains. The couch looked great after it was all done. The runner and steps all looked refreshed, too. He even cleaned 2 small additional runners I had in the hallway which was a nice treat as it is always nice when they do something extra. Just doing this one extra detail was one reason why I would use this company again.

I called Royal Carpet Care and asked for a quote concerning several area rugs that were in desperate need of cleaning. The gentleman on the phone was very professional, giving me several quotes according to the size of the area rugs and was very accommodating when it came to giving me dates for pick-up of the area rugs. He was also very accommodating in having the rugs cleaned and delivered in a timely manner since I was having an important dinner party. He showed up when he said he would and there were no surprises when it came time to paying the bill. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I brought my pieces to Richie, the owner, at his W. Babylon location to allow him the flexibility of trying different things at different times which could not have been accomplished with a house visit. Although Richie was not able to get all of the stains out, I left confident that if he couldn't do it, nobody could. He was very knowledgable and a very nice man. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Stains were not able to be removed, but fortunately, we were told up front. The unfortunate thing is that they have had my rug, which my daughter was using, and were charging me $80 to deliver it to Malverne. I also had to call about delivery (no one contacted me),

Richie was phenomenal. He was professional and pleasant in every way. Got back to me quickly. Showed up on time. Machine extracted excess water from carpet and then sanitized the carpet and floors to stop any possible spread of mold or bacteria. He left fans and a dehumidifier at my house for a few days to dry the remaining moisture from the carpet and floor. He periodically showed me what he was doing as he was working to keep me well informed. He followed up by phone two times while the machines were finishing the drying process to make sure all was going well. Price was very reasonable for all the work he did. In the end, my carpet was dry, no odors and even cleaner then before the water overflow. I highly recommend Richie and his company!

Very nice young man. I just felt that the cleaning left the carpets too wet and they took longer to dry than other services. H tried to clean pillows on my living room couch and left a bigger stain than the one he was trying to clean. I will not use them again

It was good. They were friendly and efficient. The carpet was cleaned. Their pricing was reasonable.

The crew was professional, neat and arrived on time. They cleaned the carpet in 1 bedroom, 1 large living room and a stair case, along with steam cleaned and sealed the tile in the entry and kitchen/dining areas. We removed all furniture from the living room and bedroom and most from the kitchen beforehand to make the cleaning easier. It took some strategic planning, but was well worth it. The carpeting and tile turned out beautiful.

We were moving into a condo and used Angie's List to obtain a carpet cleaner. Louie from Royal Carpet arrived on time, was professional and polite and did a great job. I didn't think the carpet on the stairs would come as clean as it did. But it was perfectly done. Would recommend Royal Carpet Cleaners.

Super job! Chris is a nice guy to deal with and I'm very happy with the carpet cleaning Louis did. He got into every corner - every nook and cranny, and did an excellent job. He had to move around some furniture, but he made sure he got behind everything. He even put the furniture legs on little square "pegs" to keep them off the carpet - I guess so they wouldn't leave imprints and dry better. Then he put paper runners throughout the rooms so I could walk into the rooms if I needed! I would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone!

I called Rich to discuss having a leather couch and love seat cleaned. He was very professional and honest. He explained that the job I was looking to have done was something that I could do myself if I had the time, but unfortunately I did not. Rich met me two days later to take a look at the job before giving me a price. He also cleaned a small section to show me what the final product would look like. I felt that his price was extremely fair and decided I wanted to have him proceed with the job. I asked him when we could schedule the job and he said if it was convenient for me he had time and could do it right then. I had to go back to work and he notified me when he was done. When I got home I was extremely pleased, the furniture looked great, and would hire him again. I plan on using Rich again to clean my carpets after the new year.

Came with one day notice, before a party I was having. Was pleasant and cheerful on phone qnd in person, price was low and work was great, carpet looked like new. Can't say enough good things about this company and will certainly use them annually or whenever needed.

Excellent carpet cleaning, couldn't have been better. I researched just about every carpet cleaner service on Long Island. Only Royal had an A-plus rating, which they deserve. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a broken pipe and they went out of their way and rearragned their schedule to come the same day I called. Two technicians came out and it took about 2 hours to complete the work. He had to get all the water up and move the carpet around and come back to reinstall. We did not have any issues with their service and their prices are great.
