Don arrived on time and was here for about 1 hr 30 min. Cleaned my furniture first, then the carpet. Protected the furniture while it was drying with pads. Put paper down to walk on while the carpet was drying.

Excellent service and professionalism from initial phone call to service. Called on a Sunday, got call service who passed message onto company. Got a return call from his home within 20 minutes-courteous, professional, thorough. Set up appointment for next day to do couch, hallway and stairs, and kitchen tile floor. Serviceman, Vinny, was fabulous, courteous, professional, nice. Suggested I do hallway, dining room and bathroom floors as well. Price was very good and I agreed. Floors look fabulous after his very hard work for hours on his knees hand scrubbing the floors. This is my second experience with Royal and I would definitely use them again.

The owner Richie gave me an estimate over the phone but the price was actually cheaper. He sent a man named Vinny who was so professional and worked so hard and was one of the nicest person you ever met. He was exactly on time and the job was perfect. I was so pleased. I am highly recommending this company to all my friends and I hope anyone associated with Angies List go with this company. You will be extremely satisfied with there work. Ask for Vinny

Initially, carpets were very dirty. After Royal Carpet Care perform a great job on cleaning carpets. Now carpet looks new. Excellence service. I will use their services again in the future.

I thought it went great but my husband noticed a small bleach spot on the floor. I didn't complain because it was too late and not noticeable. I don't know why it happened but it was too late to question. They were courteous and prompt and they did a very good job. The price was good, it was very agreeable.

I called and the owner answered. I originally wanted the carpets picked up and delivered for I cannot move or pick up items. Richie told me if I could have someone load my car he would unload it on his end. Richie gave me prices on the different size rugs. When I was at his workplace he went over each rug with me and than gave me a final cost. Two weeks later I picked up the rugs. The cleaning was excellent. All the rugs came out extremely clean. Richie was a pleasure to do business with. He was both professional and caring. I have try to have my rugs cleaned every year and each year change cleaners because I was not a satisfied customer. I will certainly be a repeat customer at Royal Carpet Care.

Great company. I just moved into a house and the carpets now look like they are brand new. I also got scotch-guarding on 2 carpets and the basement rug deodorized (which smells fabulous). The company was prompt, polite and went out of their way to make suggestions and tips. My quote was actually more than what I finally paid which made me very happy!

This company is the absolute best. Have been using them for 15 years and one of the few companies I would unreservedly recommend (and have). Old fashioned service, no pressure, reasonable prices. This company actually dug a trench around my basement window one year when I was getting flooding and the carpets were getting soaked. Talk about above and beyond!!!

ROYAL CARPET CARE IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOUR OR FIVE TIMES NOW. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT MOST PLACES ARE COMPARABLE.
