When I first called I spoke to the owner (Richard) and he was very accommodating and very geniune. The employee Dominic was extremely prompt, professional, and very organized. The carpet is cleaned and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Company was wonderful - provided estimate, and provided timely service. Very, very professional.. There is a sea of advertisements for carpet and rug cleaners and I wanted a company with their own shop and was not going to contract the work out. I called ahead and dropped our carpet off at Royal. They are in a nice clean, professionally run facility. The shop was well organized and the staff and owner were knowledgeable. He seemed to be read the story that the carpet had to tell. Royal is now number one on my carpet contact list.

The young gentleman who came to my home was very professional and knew exactly what to do to make my carpets look like new. They came out beautiful, all stains were gone and the color seemed to be brighter. I will definitly use this company again when my carpets need to be done.

We are extremely pleased with the overall job from the estimate to completion and would not hesitate to use their services again. The company is quite a distance from our home but Richard went out of his way to accommodate us. He recommended cleaning our area rugs in his shop where they could be properly hung to dry. Upon delivery of the cleaned area rugs, which have been restored to looking brand new, his staff completed the work in our home and did a great job! Richard and his staff are professional, personable and the work was completed in a timely manner. We were 100% satisfied!

Richie came out and thoroughly checked my finished basement after a flood. He gave me an estimate for cleaning, drying and dehumidifying. He was very professional but we decided to tear up the carpet and replace it after analyzing all our options. When I called to tell him, he offered to talk my husband through any problems he might have while tearing up the carpet.I will definitely call him again.

I am happy to say that all went well from start to finish. I was able to schedule the appointment within a few days of calling. The technician, Chris, arrived on time. He was courteous, very professional and he did a great job. I received a senior citizen discount. I would use Royal Carpet Care again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had an 11 am appointment , Vinny called and asked if he could come early. That was fine with me. He came in checked my carpets, explained the cleaning process. Hooked up his machine, which is on his truck, only the hose came into the house, I just had to supply access to the outside water, he didn't even need to use my electric. Then started cleaning, I am very happy with the work done. The carpets look so fresh, clean, he got all the stains out, the carpets are like new. This company and Vinny are professional, pleasant, and care about their customers satisfaction. I will definitely be calling them again. Oh by the way I got my estimate over the phone and when Vinny looked at the job it actually cost less. I was shocked by his honesty.

I called on Wednesday and needed an appointment for Friday. They gave me the appointment I needed, arrived on time, did a thorough and professional job, and got all the carpets smelling fresh again.

Don arrived right on time and did a great job. I plan on using them again.

Don did a great job. He was there approximately 1:45 minutes cleaning the rugs and everything looks great. He was honest, friendly and on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Results for carpets easily better than I've achieved in the past with rental equipment. The stair carpeting in particular was heavily trafficked/soiled, but the result was great, better than I thought possible. Likewise, Chris (the tech) was able to restore the stained chair seats to "like new" condition (except for the Irish coffee stain, although it was considerably lightened), which again was more than I expected. What I really liked was that he first tried to remove the stains from 1 chair - based on that result, he let me decide if I wanted to proceed with the others. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quick. I thought the price was very reasonable and I will definitely use these folks again in the future.

The spots we indicated were removed, and the overall appearance of the rug looked like new .

Mr. Richie of Royal Carpet Care did not stretch the carpets, but he recommended someone who did. They did an excellent job. Then, Royal Carpet Care came and cleaned the rug. They were on time and thorough.

i had several oriental area rugs and a custom runner removed for cleaning prior to construction. After it was finished my rugs were returned and the runner reinstalled. Some draperies were in need of cleaning which was done on the day the carpeting was redelivered. All went smoothly and the workmanship was very good. Richie is very knowledgeable and helpful. He made suggestions on care for the rugs in the future and had a few good suggestions re saving them from future problems and saving money. A very good experience.

I had a bad smell on my carpet from dog urine, and he told me he might not be able to get it all out, but the smell is gone!! He was very friendly, and did an excellent job! I will use him again. I have a great Bissell cleaning machine, but he did my whole house in about an hour, and it was wonderful. I would always prefer to give my business to a small company, and he waas great.

He was excellent. He did the work for exactly what he said it was going to be. There were some stains which he said would not come out, and he was correct. He did a good job, and the rugs are clean. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

They were great. They were fast, neat, and clean. They were no problem at all. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

We called and got a phone estimate from the owner, Richie, and were satified with the price. We dropped off the rugs, and again dealt directly with him. The actual price was lower than the phone estimate. Richie gave us a time frame for the work to be done, and he completed the cleaning within the estimated time. Rugs looked great, the entire experience was professional and pleasant. We will continue to use Royal Carpet Care in the future. It is gratifying to deal directly with the owner of the company.

The company was very responsive in scheduling an appointment. They came the next day and cleaned one average room size carpet and two area rugs. A job well done!

Vinnie arrived right on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. He then cleaned a small area to show us the results to expect. Since we were satisified, he then cleaned the entire region we requested. He went over a few difficult areas a second and third time to get them clean. He was extremely professional, friendly and caring of our furniture and other items he had to move. The carpet now looks new which is amazing since it is about 10 yars old. He did a terrific job without trying to convince us to add other treatments - which happened to us in the past with other companies. Royal Carpet Care was terrific from the initial phone call to completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased. I've told everyone I know about our experience. Too bad there isn't an A+ rating. I highly recommend them. Thanks also to Angies List which has been 100% accurate in their ratings so far.

It went very well. Called to get estimate and left a message. I was called back right away and all my questions were answered. Everything was explained clearly. I dropped off my rug and picked it up once it was finished, the work was done on time. I will use this company again, I was happy with the service.

THE TECH WAS ON TIME. HE WENT THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH ME AND WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT RESULTS I COULD EXPECT. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT REALLY HAVE NO FRAME OF REFERENCE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS ALLOTED. I SEE A DIFFERENCE IN ALL THINGS THAT WERE SERVICED.

I had a fabulous experience with them. Both the owner and another guy who accompanied him were terrific. He actually sat on the floor for half an hour trying to get hard stains off of the carpeting.
