We've used this company for several years. This summer I even used them for my office in Syosset. I'm always surprised how clean they get my couches. I never realize how dirty a couch can get until after it gets cleaned! They always do a great job and are very pleasant.

Chris came on time, a very nice and polite young man. Price was reasonable, was honest about what he could and could not do.

I reviewed Angie's List (of course!) looking for a recommended carpet cleaning company. Royal was highly recommended, so I placed the call. I left a voicemail, and by the end of the day, the owner Richie, called me back. We made an appointment for a few days in the future, and he said he'd call the night before to confirm. He did. He was also very laid back in terms of pricing. I thought I'd have to have the room measurements, all furniture removed, etc. He explained that the pricing was "by room", as most homes had standard sized rooms. He also said just remove the furniture that was easy to move, and not worry about the rest, they would work around/under/etc.. What a relief! The technican, Chris, arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and very clear in his explanation of what to expect. My teenage daughters' room was a white (WAS) wall-to-wall carpet, with multiple stains of various sorts...mostly make-up, but also some cinged areas where she laid her curling iron down. Long story short...the rug came out GREAT! So did the second room...you could really tell how clean the floors were now! Chris worked h****** them, and really took pride in his work. He was a pleasure...and I will DEFINATELY use this company again!

I called yesterday and Richie, the owner, got back to me within a few hours. Richie was friendly and very knowledgable. He spent time explaining the difficulties in cleaning animal urine out of an area rug. He was so honest that not only did he tell me it was impossible to get the animal urine out of my carpet but I'd be best off getting rid of it. He said "I know you don't want to hear that" and he was right, I didn't, but I so appreciated his honesty and couldn't believe that he was actually turning away business. However, I decided to clean and deodorize the area rug anyway because I just wasn't ready to get a new rug. One of Richie's employees showed up today (the very next day) and was friendly and extremely thorough. He spent almost 2 hours here and really concentrated on the area rug. The rug smells so much better! I have used a number of carpet cleaners in the past and it would take them maybe 45 minutes to do the same amount of work that Royal did. The whole job was ultimately done with unsurpassed effort and I will never use another carpet cleaning company again.

Arrived on time, looked at the carpets in each room (some had a lot of wear) and explained how he was going to clean certain areas. Very professional. Carpets look great after the cleaning.

They were great. From the first phone call to get an estimate all the way through the cleaning. The gentleman that showed up was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Very professional and did a fantastic job. Everything clean and deordorized. Took time to explain the job and the bill. Also gave me a sheet with ways to remove stains before they set. Also gave me a spot remover to use if needed. I would very highly recommend Royal Carpet Care.

It went great! Easy and Effective!

The owner, Richie is very nice and very accommodating. One time I actually asked him to go back, because it was extra dirty, and they went back. They went on the spot and no questions asked, and it got cleaner. They are very nice people to deal with. I would certainly recommend them. The first time I spoke with him, the one thing that came to mind is that he is honest. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Royal's technician, Chris, came at the appointed time. What a fantastic job! The outcome, especially the white couch, exceeded my expectations. It brightened up and looked like new upon completion. He had explained that some darker marks might not lift. However, he went back over a few areas and the result was terrific. Everything looked wonderful and dried in a short amount of time; no soaking, at all. This is a very professional, caring, personable company. Rich and Chris are easy to talk to and really want to do a great job. As a courtesy, Chris agreed to clean a 2 hallway runners. Later that afternoon, Rich called to ask if I was completely satisfied. 100%.

Royal Carpet Care cleaned several area rugs for me. The rugs had not been cleaned in quite a few years and get a lot of traffic from people and pets. The rugs were picked up at the time specified and returned promptly. They came back looking and smelling clean. I was very happy with the service. A month or so later, my elderly dog was very sick on an expensive new wool rug. The damage was so horrible that I was sure the rug was ruined; however, I asked Royal to take a look at it and see if they thought they could save it. Amazingly, they were able to get thestain out and the rug looks as good as new. I've been very impressed with the work this company does as well as with their professionalism. Calls are returned promptly, pick-ups and deliveries happen as scheduled, and there is always good communication. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Luis arrived on time, worked diligently for one and a half hours and did an amazing job on 35 yr old carpetting. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was very polite, explained everything to us, listened to our concerns and spent extra effort on those areas. Since we found Royal on Angies list, he gave us a free bottle of spot remover and told us how to use it. The owner who took our call was wonderful, as well. He gave us an estimate, explained options, and told us that since we were planning to move we didn't need to spend extra money to scotchguard. Right away, that impressed me. He said he would call the day before the appt. And he did and repeated the estimate. We are very pleased with this company. Finally, this is a small company with good prices that does great work. What a joy to deal with people who treat you with courtesy and patience.

I had rolled the rug up myself when I realized the unsealed oak floor underneath was warping due to an unseen leak from my fish tank. Rich came down and looked at both sides of the rug and determined that the mold was only on the surface and could be cleaned. They took the rug to their warehouse and gave it a couple treatments with microban and several cleanings. The rug will be rolled up for several months, so I don't know the actual outcome, but I was thoroughly impressed while talking to him and had much confidence that the work would be done right.

We called several from Angie's list on Monday & got several over the phone estimates. Rich at Royal sounded very knowledgeable & with their 32 out of 32 A ratings we decided to go with them. We originally left a voicemail message. Rich called back within the hour & we scheduled for Wednesday. We received a call on Tuesday to firm up appointment with a window of between 9am & noon. Louie arrived around 10:45 it is now 12:30 & he is finishing up with Scotch Guard. We are very impressed with both Rich & Louie's professional, efficient & pleasant service. Price was $99 for the 2 rooms plus $35 for the Scotch Guard. We would & will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend this company. They were not only professional and courteous during our first telephone call, but amazingly respectful when they entered our home. Most companies are in and out and you wonder how they were able to clean your carpets. Royal took their time with each and every room, step and our hallway. They placed protectors under each piece of furniture, as needed. They truly did an amazing job, and will use them again in the future. Don't waste your time calling around, you can trust you will get what you pay for with this company! Royal was the first company I used in my home based on Angie's List recommendations. When I called for an estimate and left a message, I got a call back within 30 minutes. They answered my questions and gave an excellent price. The service provider arrived on time. He is very nice and personable. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and answered all my other questions. He was respectful of my home and my belongings. He made me aware of additional services available, and did not have an attitude change when I declined. When I called the second time, in the late afternoon/evening, looking for next day services in anticipation of surprise out of town guests, they rearranged some other jobs in my area to make sure they could accommodate me the next day. I am super happy with them. I will most certainly call them again when my house needs it.

Extra care in Family Room for pet problem areas. The carpet had not been cleaned for at least two years. High traffic areas were especially troublesome and I was very pleased with the end result.

Extremely well. He worked tirelessly and methodically and did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased with the results.

They will call you back and are very responsive. They were clean, professional and very neat. They laid down tarps. Dominick was was great and very nice. Richie the owner was great and responsive to my questions even in the days leading up to his daughter's wedding, he was still very accommodating. They came earlier than they open by request, which was really nice and accommodating. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Chris was very courteous and professional. The carpets came out great and the couch where the dog sits, smells great and looks brand new. We have used them many times before. Would hire again.
