Description of Work: Royal cleaned a carpet that had pet stains that we had attempted to clean ourselves. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about what he does and his customers. We absolutely would use Royal again.

Description of Work: had flood in my basement . carpeting got all wet. called and left message and richard promptly got back back to me on a sunday and advised me on my options. spent time with me on phone. then followed up to see what i was going to do. ended up not using him and doing everything myself, but appreciated the time he took on the phone with me and knowledge he shared.
