Jaime and his crew did a great job fixing up the older gutters on my house. The gutters were sagging and had pulled away from the house. The team re-leveled and secured the gutters with screwed-in brackets; caulked up leaky spots; refastened leaders and made sure the water was shedding away from the house. Jaime is a pleasure to work with: very pleasant, responsive and responsible. No surprise that his crew are also good guys!

Reliable Gutters Inc is a owner operated company. James came by when I wasn't home to perform the estimate. Don't fear it (most gutter companies do that )--it's gutter replacement not rocket science. I spoke with James over the phone to discuss the gutter differences and went with the 6 inch aluminum gutters . I had 5 inch gutters and the 6 inch gutters James provided (heavy gauge) are the better option considering the massive storms and heavy rain long island gets these days. James and his crew of 2 were punctual; completed the job in 3 1/2 hours cleaned up and left. I highly recommend if you want simple gutter replacement for a fair price.

I’ve been in the process of renovating my house and needed new gutters, they came out looking good!

I contacted reliable gutters for an estimate to replace the gutters on my home on July 26, 2018. I left a message for a return call. I received a text from Jamie at Reliable Gutters stating that he was away and would be in touch Monday or Tuesday ( 07/30/2018-07/31/2018). Jamie texted me on Tuesday, 07/31 /2018 stating something about "coming by this week for a cleaning". I never asked for a "cleaning". I responded that I wanted an estimate for gutters. Jamie stated there was a chance he would be able to come by after 6pm but would know better later in the day. I received another text about 7:42pm stating that the day was "crazy" thanking me for my patience. I asked if he would be able to do an estimate sometime this week and he stated he would be able to and "promised" to keep me posted. On 08/02/2018, at 8:41am, I received a text message from Jamie asking if there "was any chance to do an estimate at my home in an hour". I texted back stating that no one would be home in the hour for the estimate. Never hearing anything back, I texted Jamie on Friday, 08/03/2018 asking if he would be able to give an estimate or was he unavailable. He responded with " I could've came yesterday just to give you an estimate- I just measure and estimate but if you insist on being there we're gonna have to do it over the weekend- maybe Sunday". I responded that if he was not available that was fine explaining we were at work when he contacted me yesterday and we would like to be home since there is no access to the back yard with no one home. I explained we needed a time and day for an estimate and that it is difficult to be home on one hour notice as we are at work. I stated that we have other estimates and will see how that goes explaining I will be in touch should those other estimates not work out and that he is very busy as he indicated in previous texts. Jamie responded with " On the premise that you're having other estimates then I would go with those people as per I am not the cheapest and I'm not really looking to compete with other gutter guys- they're all cut throat". "Cut throat" is not a very unprofessional statement.The fact that he only communicates via texts and wanted to go to my house with out anyone there to do an estimate raises red flags. I explained that in real life reality people get more than one estimate on their home for projects. He also texted back that he "does not work for mean people" ( very juvenile and insulting when he never spoke to me nor did he make a proper appointment).

The price was right and he and his helper were nothing short of wonderful and honest...The area where it leaked was dripping a few months later. I called Jamie and he came right back and re-did and it's be GREAT ever since..This was last year, August of 2016. THANK YOU JAMIE!!!

We have a lot of snow damage. He is inexpensive and he is a stand up guy. He has done work for us several times. He is very reasonable. We don't worry about the cost because he is reasonable.

Jamie came with his team, and they were fantastic, to say the least! Great price, fast, clean, punctual and they even did extra work reinforcing the other sides as their courtesy. I totally recommend them. You can't go wrong.

Jamie is the owner of the company he's there from the beginning to the end. That's what sold me. He didn't send a bunch of workers to do the install. He was there with his regular crew working with them. He is very honest, meticulous, professional, and very easy to talk to. He treats your house like its his. He has great men that work for him. One of the fixed my flower bed before they left.

Jamie did a great job, gives great advise and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had Jamie and his crew install leaders and gutters on my home. As a contractor myself in an unrelated field I expect alot from someone that works on my home. Jamie and his crew delivered. Jamie returned my initial call promptly, showed up on time and took his time giving me a detailed written estimate. He showed up at the scheduled time to perform the work and was on site the entire time working along side his crew making sure my work was done correctly. His crew was neat and professional and most importantly, respectful of my yard and property. I asked about other work for my home, specifically gutter guards and soffit coverings and Jamie took his time to give me information and pricing with no hard sell. I'm sure I will use him in the future when I am ready to move forward. I will recommend Reliable Gutters to any of my friends and customers without reservation.
