They're just great! They're great to deal with, they're a family-owned company, and they did a magnificent job on my sofa. They took every last piece apart to make sure the fabric lay correctly.I recommend them to people all the time!

Spoke to Karen on 10-13 requesting an estimate on our leather sofa repair. E mailed photo the same day. Karen said she would call the next day. Two Days later I called Karen again and she said that she had to show someone else the photo and call me back. It's 10-20 one week later and still no Response.

It went fine....difficult place to patch...very professional..would use him again and would recommend him...

The leather ottoman job was very straightforward. I had no problem with that. The leather upholstery was problematic. I had difficulty communicating with the service provider after initially sending a photo for bid purposes.

The workmanship is fantastic. There were some delays in the project, however they were in great communication with us and kept us updated. Will use them again in a NY minute. They are rated as an A only because it is the highest on the chart. They were surely an A+++

Precision Furniture Crafters were terrible. The estimate they gave me was very low and totally unprofessional. They didn't even come to look at the furniture, I described it to them. This person was totally off base. I don't know what they're going to do for such a low estimate.

Overall, everything was well done and the people were very professional.

The entire table top and leaf was stripped, repainted and sealed.

The repairman arrived on time, was polite and professional, and got the job done quickly and without a mess.

When I was trying to make an appointment in the beginning for them to pick up my furniture we were having trouble arranging a time. I would change my schedule and they would not show up. Finally I complained and they showed up the same day. They have currently had my furniture for about 3-4 weeks and I have been trying to arrange for them to delivery it back to my home and they have not returned my phone calls.

My leather sofa and club chair was losing it's finish and the dye was staining my clothes. I considered replacing them but they were not that old so I looked for a company that repaired leather furniture. Precision Leather was recommended to me by Superior Leathers, a highly-regarded garment repair company that I have used in the past. After an initial phone call I emailed pictures of the furniture and a description of what I wanted done. They emailed me a quote within 24 hours and we set a date for pickup. Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous. I found them extremely professional. The pickup was prompt (and so was delivery) and the work was finished several days ahead of the intial estimated time. My furniture looks beautiful. It looks better than it did when I purchased the set. I recommend them very highly.

We have an L-shaped sofa and the leather that was made in Italy had to match the other panel. It had to be dyed to match the other panel precisely. The job was perfect. We would never know that it was dyed. They were very concerned. We did run into a small problem, but the job went very well overall. We had nothing to compare their prices to.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THIS WORK HAD TO BE DONE BY HAND. THEY CAME TO MY PLACE TO PICK UP THE CHAIRS SO I DID NOT HAVE TO DRAG THEM THERE. SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE BIT FOR THEM TO GET TO YOU, BUT IT IS WORTH THE WAIT.
