They were awesome. They are the best and I've recommended them many times. Then my fathers a plumbing contractor, and he's recommended them. They're great. They were actually the low bidder, so they're very favorable on price. They have amazing quality.

The job went just as planned. They were in and out in 6 hours. Took the time to explain everything and took all the garbage with them. I was very happy with their work. I also liked the fact that they used a license electrician to do the job. I would use this company again.

Overall it was a very good experience. Had many estimates and theirs was the only one that included everything electrical install and working around a very crowded attic. All others wanted us to clear the attic out. 2 get our own electrician and estimates were much higher. There was one mishap which was taken care of promptly and with good results . I was very surprised to read a negative review after my experience. Always answered my calls and came promptly. I have recommended them to many people.

At consultation, we suggested we might need two zones. Representative disagreed, saying his own home was bigger than ours and 4 ton one zone cools the whole house. Every year since installation we have called him to take care of problem which is insufficient temps on one side of house. At every visit he gave us another excuse and installed extra returns. Finally, last year his answer was to install a ductless unit in the room with the warmest temp. He offered to do the work for an additional $2400. I argued with him that he should do the work at no extra cost to me since it was his mistake. He admitted it was his mistake and said he understands my unhappiness but there was no way he could do it without charging me. This is a disgraceful way to conduct any type of business. As a contractor, who receives PAYMENT for a product or service you have performed, the burden is on YOU to insure that the product or service lives up to the promise you made to the consumer at time of consultation/contract. DO NOT USE P&B HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING!

They installed the drip pan under the unit. Do to my weight I was unable to check on the work until much later. My cieling had collapsed due to a refrigerant leak which they didn't even address. I needed a contractor who could come immediately. P&B Had been loosely reccommended. I later found out that I was chaged double what the job should have cost. The drip pan install should have cost $350 instead of the $750 I ended up paying, and the refrigerant which they charged me $350 for should have cost $150 - $200. After I lost weight, and was able to go into the attic to see the job, they did not replace the insulation i had just installed after replacing the cieling, and they did not properly replace the return unit. They also left extra parts, screws, and trash in my attic. Victimized again! My new contractor charges less than1/2 what these guys were charging me.

I FEEL THAT P & B DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY WHEN THE NEED ARISES.
