I did not know this company before I got them to do a small job that most companies would not want to deal with. Michael Herman, THE OWNER, contacted me right away, came over the next day on a Saturday IN THE RAIN, and looked at the job and gave me a good price. He answered my texts and stayed in touch with when they were coming to make the small repair to my vinyl soffit on that Monday. Michael is very personable, not a pushy salesman, and wants to make sure the work is done correctly. I did not know Michael before and never dealt with him but i will recommend him to everyone I know even for small jobs that other people don't want to be bothered with. He has no complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and I can understand why..,
