Marcor recently replaced the roofing and siding on our 25 year old home. We could not be more pleased with the results! Our home looks like a brand new build! The entire process from planning to execution was done promptly and professionally. The crews were friendly and knowledgeable. Our yard was cleaned up every day to keep debris to a minimum. They were here every day to get the job done in a timely manner. Most importantly, the quality of the workmanship is incredible! My home looks incredible!

I chose your company based on a recommendation, and I got lucky. Frank, the supervisor, Junior the foreman, and the entire crew did a beautiful job replacing my roof that was damaged in a storm. Every aspect of their work was prompt and professional. The roof looks beautiful and so does the clean-up. Not only did the crew work very hard all day, when it was time to leave, they saw that my daughter's car had a flat and they changed the tire. A+++ customer service.

Terrible experience with these roofers. If I could give zero stars I would. Poor communication and so irresponsable from the top down. Stay far away from Marcor.

They did an amazing an amazing job. Mark was the representative of the company and he is very nice and very professional. Tommy the owner of the company is so thoughtful and kind. He work with my needs and he send his team and they finish the job in one day. The timing was perfect. His team of workers are very professional and reliable. I am so happy for his service. The roof keeps leaking into the house. They have come four times, and the roof they did still keeps leaking into the house

So I called Marco and a gentleman came out. The whole thing was finished. A couple of months later, I saw that it's melting again. A gentleman came out and said you're right we'll take care of it. Tommy the boss was looking for paneling. Months goes by, yesterday I called again and said I wanna get it fixed and a young lady told me he was still looking for it and he would call me back which he didn't. They should at least come back and get me another piece. They did the job, it's just that what they sold was a guarantee that did not work. They're not standing behind their work. They responded to my complaint right away but they're not finishing up the job. Follow up : Retracting the previous complaint. They was working hard to get the siding and they brought them out. They finally found the siding in the Midwest. Good job finding it for me.

The entire process was easy. Gina was excellent and very responsive. Crew was outstanding. Work completed in one day. Cleanup was great.

Marcor truly came through! We offered up a challenge and they took it on.. Not only took it on, but exceeded our expectations. With a schedule including a house party of over 100 people hung over there head, with only 2 weeks to demo and hang 40 square of siding, in addition to quite a bit of Azek detail, they pulled it off with 2 days to spare. Gary not only took my project on as if it were his own, he and his head forman Santos (aka Picasso) bet the completion date and Gary won! All with maintaining absolute top notch quality.. over a week on demo and Azek detail with just a few days to hang certainteed shake and Board-n-Batton siding. My wife and I are quite particular and spent days planning with Kurt at Allied Materials (he was AWESOME!) it wasn’t an easy design. All but typical. They (we) pulled it off!!! A wonderful job was done on the roof - they were honest and took off layers and replaced rot for an additional cost. Work was done quickly. I next replaced siding and though it took a week (I have a large house), it looks like a new house and they took everything into consideration.

The job went well the cost was reasonable and the crews were professional, neat and courteous. Operations Manager Gina was very knowledgeable and attentive and was a big factor in choosing Marcor Construction.

Marcor did a fantastic job. I called them when I saw their Anglie's List deal, and they were very quick to respond and provide me information. I was able to schedule a home visit to get a quote within a couple days, and they came fully prepared. I knew my existing roof had 3 layers of shingles and the deal included 2 layers. They charged me a very reasonable amount to remove the third layer. I never felt pressured to be upsold, and we scheduled a date for the install. They replaced the original roof (with three shingle layers), which was about 1700 sq. ft., along with the roof on an addition that was newer, only one layer of shingles, and about 400 sq. ft. On the day they actually came, I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They worked incredibly fast, and brought all the tools needed not only to keep my lot clean, but to keep debris from getting in my neighbors lot. They finished the entire project in one day! They hauled away all of the debris and did a thorough walkaround to pick up any nails or small pieces.

The work went amazingly well. Thanks to a deal here on Angie's List, I paid a great price for a brand new roof. Mark was professional throughout and coordinated everything. Once the crew got here, they began working immediately and completed the project right on schedule on the same day. They did a great job at cleaning up the mess too. Would highly recommend.

Marcor Construction was hired to reside our home. I met with Gary, the owner and we went over what we wanted done. He explained the various options we had on the type and style of siding, and the colors. He also explained the whole process and provided us with a detailed invoice. His crew was very professional and was very attentive to our input and concerns. Furthermore they went to great lengths to avoid damage to the surrounding flowerbeds and shrubbery As far as cost, we were really surprised on how affordable the job was. We got quotes from several different companies, all within the same ballpark price-wise. What really set Marcor apart from the others for us was their professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty. Gina clearly knows what she is talking about and we felt totally comfortable putting our job in her company's hands. We just bought a fixer-upper with way too many projects to tackle, and I instantly felt at ease that with Marcor we would not need to be micro-managing their job because they know what they're doing and they're good at doing it. Gina pointed out details that we hadn't thought of and offered her professional opinion on what we should do about them. For me, I appreciate a contractor presenting me with suggestions instead of having to tirelessly research a subject I know little about. We needed our roof replaced, including removing the old roof. They set up the date less than a week after we signed the contract, showed up on time on a Saturday with a huge crew and were gone by 1:30! A few family members stopped by while they were working and everyone could not stop commenting on how great and quick and professional these crew members were. They communicated with us at all the right times (when they got there, when they saw how many boards needed to be replaced, etc) and cleaned up after. Now we have a beautiful brand new roof and I can't wait for them to do our siding and windows next month!

Marcor was great from the time they arrived for the estimate to the actual job performed. They took pictures of the job and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and courteous. Will hire again.

I am so happy I found Marcor. What an upstanding company. Gina is the absolute best. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I have a lot going on in my life and she made sure these renovations went seamlessly. After a long road with this Sandy damage, my house is watertight and beautiful. The crews did outstanding work, were a pleasure to deal with and left my property cleaner than they found it. I can't thank them enough. In the course of a few days we went from the worst house in the neighborhood, to the best. All of my neighbors are complimenting it. My house looks spectacular. I love it! Thanks Marcor!

I have never had a contractor do such an excellent job. Don’t even waste your time looking for other contractors as you won’t find a better company to work with. You’ll have the best experience ever with Gina and her team. Dollar for dollar their price is fair and equitable for the quantity and quality of work they do while using exclusively top quality materials. Working with Gina has been a pleasure! I had an urgent need to replace my 25-year-old leaking roof and address my unventilated attic. She is very knowledgeable about her products and the building codes related to roofing and attic ventilation. She in fact was the ONLY roofer we interviewed who was willing and able to speak specifically and technically to the proper installation of new roofing materials and creation of balanced soffit and ridgeline ventilation systems, which was a critical issue for my home. Gina coordinated with me on every step of the project and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. She and her team showed up on time on the appointed day and were a pleasure to work with. All work was done carefully and properly and each day the site was cleaned up before they left. Her team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work meeting our specifications and expectations. No corners were cut with the roofing, vapor barriers, ice shields, drip edges, bathroom exhaust vents, gutters and leaders, soffit venting with baffles and all new fascia flashing. This is a family company and they take their quality of work and reputation seriously. I give my highest recommendation for Marcor Construction and Gina!

Overall excellent job. However, clean up needs to be more thorough. I spent a half hour collecting old nails and roofing parts.

If you are looking for a company to install new siding, you can stop your search right now. Marcor Construction is the company you want to hire. Marcor went above and beyond in every way possible. The price was competitive and fair (much lower than most quotes we received) and yet now I see it as an incredible bargain because of the craftsmanship and the many extras Gina included as if they were nothing. Gina and her team are simply extraordinary. Gina explained every detail of the project clearly. Gina is seemingly available 24/7. She never took more than a couple of minutes to answer a text or email. She answered every question and concern we had cheerfully and informatively. The work Santos and his team did was flawless. Every detail was attended to from every shingle flawlessly hung, to every corner meticulously aligned, to a covering over our electric rod and too many other upgrades/little touches to mention. One last happy note. I inadvertently ran over a downspout to one of the gutters Marcor had installed just hours before. When I mentioned this unfortunate incident to Gina, she stepped up one more time. She said her team would come out to replace the part, no problem. Marcor is not business as usual. They are generous, approachable, beyond skilled, and simply put the best home contractors we have ever hired. (And unfortunately we’ve had lots of experience due to the fact that we had to rebuild our entire first floor after Sandy.) Thank you, Gina, Gary, and everyone at Marcor.
